| As an important theory in the field of strategic management, the essence of dynamic capability theory is to help enterprises detect environmental changes in a timely manner, continuously transform and absorb new knowledge and new technologies, and combine with the optimal allocation of existing resources to achieve stable and long-term enterprise development. After entering 2020,the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the increasingly fierce trade conflict between China and the United States, and the frequent conflicts in Russia and Ukraine, the global economic environment is facing unprecedented changes. The competition for resources is showing a white-hot state, and the uncertainty of the environment is further highlighted.Among them, the living environment of cultural and creative enterprises, which depend on the effect of crowd gathering, has suddenly deteriorated due to the constraints of many uncertain factors. How to start a new situation in a changing situation and cultivate opportunities in a crisis has become an important issue for cultural and creative enterprises.Existing research shows that the relevance of dynamic capability theory to enterprise operation is precisely because it places the research subject directed by the theory in an environment full of uncertain factors. However, from the perspective of macro theory, due to the difference in research focus and research samples of previous scholars, few literatures have studied the construction and improvement of dynamic capabilities from the perspective of specific enterprises. As the main body of this research, the impact path and degree of its dynamic capabilities on its own business model innovation have not been accurately deconstructed. In order to explore how the dynamic capabilities of cultural and creative enterprises affect business model innovation and how environmental uncertainty plays a moderating role, this study provides industry samples for research on dynamic capabilities and business model innovation in cultural and creative industries, and selects representative industries in the industry.Based on Teeceās dynamic capability theory framework, the unique SWY company uses literature analysis, empirical analysis, and questionnaire surveys to conduct research. After proposing the assumptions among dynamic capabilities, business model innovation and environmental uncertainty,a scale is designed and measured on the dynamic capabilities, environmental uncertainty and business model innovation of SWY enterprises in the cultural and creative industries.Comprehensively using the reliability and validity test method, factor analysis method, correlation analysis method, and multivariate moderating effect regression analysis method to conduct empirical research, and innovatively explore the role of dynamic capabilities of cultural and creative enterprises and business model innovation from the perspective of environmental uncertainty.and effect strength. Finally, through the research,it is found that: First, the dynamic capabilities of cultural and creative enterprises SWY and its four dimensions have a positive impact on their business model innovation.Among them, the ranking of influence intensity is coordination and integration ability, learning ability, environmental insight ability, and innovation and change ability.Second, the uncertainty of the market environment has an obvious positive moderating effect on the dynamic ability to influence the process of business model innovation. The third is the uncertainty of the technical environment. The uncertainty of the market environment has an obvious positive moderating effect on the dynamic ability to influence the process of business model innovation.Fourth, gender and position factors will also have a positive impact on business model innovation.Based on the research conclusions of this paper, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of cultural and creative industries: First, pay attention to the cultivation of dynamic capabilities of enterprises. The second is to pay attention to environmental changes and the impact of environmental uncertainty. The third is to subdivide the business model innovation process. |
