The Comparation Study Of The Expectation And Satisfaction Of Thai Students Of Two Universities In Nanning

In recent years,among the southeast Asian countries,Thailand is one of the countries where the Chinese language is popular.Now more and more Thai students are going to China to study,so the expectation and satisfaction of Thai students on Nanning higher education are worth further exploration.The scope of this study focuses the analysis of Thai student Chinese language program,Thai students exchange program and Thai undergraduates' students of Guangxi university and Guangxi university of Foreign Languages.In order to understand the situation of Thai students in Nanning's higher education and improve it in the future,this study focuses on the four dimensions of school environment,school service,school management and teacher level.The research methods of this study include literature research,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and field investigation.And SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the survey.In this study,199 Thai overseas students from Guangxi University and Guangxi university of foreign languages were used for questionnaire survey.And SPSS22.0 software was used to evaluate the expectation and satisfaction of education from four dimensions,including school environment,school service,school management and teacher level.The conclusion of the study is as follows:(1)the overall satisfaction evaluation of the education quality of colleges and universities from the four dimensions is relatively satisfactory.(2)the satisfaction degree of the school service facilities is the highest.(3)the dissatisfaction degree of the school management facilities is the lowest.(4)based on the overall analysis of the survey data and the different gender,type of schools,students,parents' income and the study in China time variable difference analysis,and data to find the different gender,type of student,studying in China time and parent's income there is no significant difference between students,but different school,it's not significant difference.Based on the analysis,the following Suggestions are put forward:college level,teachers should improve teaching programs and strengthen exchanges between teachers and students.Improve school service quality and pay attention to students' needs.Strengthen school service and improve service level.Strengthen school management and improve management level.the student level.Understand cultural differences and improve adaptability.Establish correct learning concepts and improve the ability of independent learning.
