Protection And Development Of Historic Buildings In Jilin City From The Perspective Of Region-wide Tourism

As a national historical and cultural city in China,Jilin City contains a large number of precious historical buildings.Its history,culture and tourism status play an important role in Jilin Province.Some historical buildings have caused damage and idleness due to the neglect of protection or management,which buries its historical value.In recent years,Jilin City has enlarged its investment in global tourism,and it has become one of the best global tourist destinations in China.In February 2016,the National Tourism Administration promulgated the first batch of national tourism demonstration zones,and Jilin City was among them.In this context,taking the historical buildings of Jilin City into the scope of global tourism and putting forward feasible countermeasures for the protection and development of historical buildings in Jilin City from the perspective of global tourism can not only promote the protection and reuse of historical buildings,but also promote the development of tourism of Jilin City and even Jilin Province.Firstly,this paper explains the origin and research background of this topic,determines the research purpose,method and significance,describes the research status of historical building protection and development at home and abroad,defines the concept of historical buildings and tourism resources,and clarifies the research perspective of global tourism.Research perspective.Secondly,it briefly outlines the development history of historical buildings in Jilin City,classifies the historical buildings,illustrates the current situation of historical buildings through field investigation,and summarizes the problems in the protection and development of historical buildings.Then,considering the different elements of the global tourism,this paper analyzes the style characteristics,protection value,advantages anddisadvantages of tourism development in Jilin City,and establishes a corresponding evaluation system of tourism resources.Finally,based on previous comprehensive analysis,the principles,development models and development strategies of Jilin historical buildings are put forward,and the planning and design scheme of Jilin historical building tourism is proposed from the perspective of global tourism.In this paper,the historical buildings in Jilin City are taken as the research object.Through the field investigation of historical buildings and the theoretical study of global tourism,the comprehensive countermeasures of tourism development of historical buildings are proposed.It is hoped that this work will bring objective and practical reference value for the future tourism projects of historical buildings in Jilin City,and provide some reference for other historical cities.
