The Phonological Study Of Fanshi County Dialect In Shanxi Province

Fanshi County is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province.Its administrative division is Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province.Today it manages three towns and ten townships.Mount Heng is adjacent to the north,Ying county and Hunyuan county are adjacent to it,Wutai Mountain to the south,Lingqiu County to the East and The Fuping County of Hebei Province to the west,and Dai County to the west.Fanshi dialect belongs to a small dialect piece of Wutai dialect in Jin dialect.Fanshi County dialect is widely used in this area.According to the internal dialect differences of the local dialect,it can be divided into three dialect segments: Fancheng,Shahe and Daying.This topic is the phonetic study of Fanshi dialect.Taking Fancheng dialect as the representative,the phonetic features of Fanshi dialect are described and analyzed systematically and comprehensively in order to reflect the real face of Fanshi dialect.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the general situation of geographical population and historical evolution,Fanshi dialect and its research situation,the significance of topic selection and research methods,and the introduction of pronunciation partners.The second part introduces the phonological system of Fanshi dialect,including Including initial,Final,tone,tone of continuous pronunciation,Erhua,other major phonological rules,phonological coordination and internal differences of Fanshi dialect.The third part finds out the phonetic correspondence between Fanshi dialect and Putonghua from the synchronic point of view,and makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis from three parts: initial,Final and tone.The fourth part mainly carries out a comparative study of Fanshi dialect and Medieval phonology from a diachronic point of view,and draws a comparison table of ancient and modern phonology,excavating its evolution law.The fifth part sorts out the Syllabary of homophones of Fanshi dialect through field investigation.the conclusion,which summarizes the main contents andconclusions of this paper,and points out the urgent problems to be solved in the future research.The first step of dialect research is to get the most authentic and detailed language information first-hand based on real fieldwork.Through the writing of this paper,it shows the phonetic features of Fanshi dialect in Shanxi Province,and hopes to accumulate a detailed dialect information for the whole study of Jin dialect phonetics.
