This study is based on the CCL Corpus of Peking University Chinese Linguistics Research Center and part of the network corpus. The three forms of "Buzhiyu" structure in modern Chinese are discussed in terms of their syntactic features, semantic features, pragmatic functions and evolution process. The article mainly includes six parts. The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly, the article summarizes why we choose the topic and explains the reasons for choosing "Buzhiyu" structure as the research object, then it introduces the research status of "Zhiyu" and "Buzhiyu" and explains the research methods and corpus sources finally. The second chapter is a survey of the syntactic features. This article investigates the syntactic features of "Buzhiyu 1","Buzhiyu 2" and "Buzhiyu 3" structure combined with the corpus, and describes them from three perspectives:syntactic function,pre-and post-supplementary components and sentence category distribution. The third chapter is a survey of the semantic characteristics.Through the summary and analysis of corpus,we find that "Buzhiyu 1" has the semantic characteristics of degree negation meaning and subtraction meaning."Bububu 2”has the semantic characteristics of completely negative meaning and avoidance meaning."Bububu 3"mainly expresses emotional meaningThe fourth chapter is an analysis of pragmatic functions. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the corpus,we find that Buzhiyu 1" has explanatory function and anaphoric marker function."Buzhiyu 2" has the functions of mitigating mood, judging position and cohesion."Buzhiyu 3" has cohesion function and discourse regulation function. The fifth chapter is a survey of evolution process.Through the analysis of diachronic corpus,we find that "Buzhiyu 1" firstly appeared in the Western Han Dynasty, further developed in the Song Dynasty, and has matured in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, fixed as a verbally adverbial middle structure."Buzhiyu 2" firstly appeared in the Spring and Autumn Period.and has further developed in the Song Dynasty.During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,"Buzhiyu 2" has matured into a three-syllable component with adverbial nature."Buzhiyu 3"appears in modern Chinese spoken language and network. We speculate that it evolved on the basis of "Buzhiyu 2" and constitutes an exclamation of independent language with the modal particle "Ba".The sixth chapter is the conclusion. The content of this paper is summarized and the shortcomings of the article are analyzed.
