Emotions can have an important impact on people's specific behaviors.Affective forecasting will undoubtedly guide people's behaviors.People's predictions of future emotional experiences are generally biased, including intensity bias of affective forecasting(estimation bias for future emotional intensity). And time bias of affective forecasting(estimated bias for future emotional duration).Adolescents are in a period of individual experience from emotional life to academics and their great changes and instability. The mood is fluctuating.Compared with children/adults,adolescents have higher probability of risk-taking behavior.Emotional regulation can help individuals flexibly and effectively control their impulses and delay their impulsive behavior when making emotional reactions. Therefore, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures, this study explores the relationship between adolescents' affective forecasting bias, emotional regulation and risk-taking behavior, and develops a set of emotional adjustment interventions suitable for adolescents for affective forecasting and emotional regulation.Intervention studies were conducted to explore the effectiveness of emotional adjustment interventions in adolescent risk-taking interventions in the form of group counseling activities. The study is divided into 3 studies, mainly using experimental methods and questionnaires methods. The results of each study are as follows:(1)In study 1,204 children in Suzhou were tested for affective forecasting bias, and the results showed that:? Adolescents generally have bias in affective forecasting, and most adolescents have a medium-level emotional bias.?The distribution of adolescent affective forecasting bias is different in demographics. The time bias of affective forecasting of junior high school students was significantly higher than that of high school students. The intensity bias of affective forecasting and overall affective forecasting of urban household registration was significantly higher than that of rural household registration.?When different feedbacks are received in the same task, there will be differences in the emotion prediction bias. When the subjects received positive feedback, the emotional predictive intensity bias and the overall emotional predictive bias were significantly lower than the negative feedback.?Cluster analysis of the overall mood prediction bias can be divided into high deviation, medium deviation, and low deviation.Logistic regression found that compared with non-only children, the deviation of the only child was greater than the deviation.(2)In study 2,the researcher randomly selected 180 adolescents from Study 1.All of them accepted the test of emotional regulation, and defined the type of emotional regulation according to the highest score. Thus, the corresponding affective forecasting bias and the type of affective forecasting and emotional regulation were obtained.Information such as the type of deviation, the mode of emotional adjustment, and the type of emotional adjustment.Thirdly, because this study assumes that emotional state affects an individual's risk-taking behavior,he uses the film's emotional induction method to create three emotional environments and determine the risk-taking behavior of the subjects under different emotional states.Design 3 Affective forecasting(Deviation:high, medium, low)x 5 emotion regulation:(reappraisal regulation, negligence regulation, rumination regulation, revealing regulation and natural regulation)× 3 emotions(positive emotions, negative emotions, neutral emotions)experiment. The experimental design of the inter-subjects to explore the influence of affective forecasting bias and emotional regulation on adolescents' risk-taking behaviors, and the results showed that:? Film is very effective in inducing emotions. The scores of emotional self-evaluation in the three emotionally induced situations of positive, neutral and negative were significantly different. The positive self-reported positive scale scores in positive emotionally induced situations were significantly higher than the neutral emotionally induced situational scores and significantly higher. In the negative emotion-induced situational scores, the emotional self-assessment negative scale scores in the positive emotion-induced context were significantly lower than the neutral-emotion-induced context scores and significantly lower than the negative emotion-induced context scores.?There was no difference in the risk behavior tendency scores of different emotionally induced situation groups, that is,the emotional state of the subjects had no influence on the risk behavior tendency.?Demographic variables, types of affective forecasting biases, and types of emotional regulation have significant differences in risk behaviors, and the types of affective forecasting bias interact with the types of emotional regulation.? Affective forecasting bias, emotional regulation mode scores and risk behavior tendencies are significantly correlated, affective forecasting bias, emphasis on regulation and catharsis regulation, risk behavior tendencies are significantly related.? The rumination regulation and revealing regulation in the mode of emotional regulation play a part in mediating between the bias of affective forecasting and the tendency of risk behavior.(3)In study 3,the researcher used 2(pre-test × post-test)× 2(intervention group ×control group)mixed experimental design,self-edited ETAP emotional adjustment intervention program, intervention of 30 groups of young people with higher negative risk behavior level, explore emotions regulate the impact of interventions on adolescent negative risk behaviors, and the results showed that:? Each time the researcher fills out the "Classroom Performance Observation Record Form" and the results of the "Evaluation Effect Form",the researcher and subjects had a good subjective assessment of the intervention process, and the form of group counseling activities was received Student's love;? After 8 times of E-T-A-P emotional adjustment intervention course, the participants' emotion prediction bias was reduced, the emotional regulation was improved, and the negative risk behavior was reduced.
