The “HARD POWER” is very important on company,and the other part is also important for the company.As an integral part of the “SOFT POWER” in company development,voice is becoming more and more important to company managers.Under the competitive environment which both "challenge" and "opportunity",the employees voice whether work or not,useful or not and when the employee will voice is playing a decisive role on development of the company.But the voice behavior on previous studies can not follow the managers needs,and this makes the studies focus on the question.always focus on the voice outside behavior,not inside and its emotional mechanism.Along with the increase of the study on employees' proactive behavior,more and more scholars in China begin to focus on the voice behavior and its emotion mechanism.Whatever the foreign or the inland,affective forecasting as a expand areas on emotion,its also proved the relationship with the behavioral decision making.This study is aimed at the relationship of the affective forecasting on voice behavior and the voice behavior,the mediating of regulatory focus and build a mediated mediation model.The pre-experiment is aimed at design the situation on voice and the scale on regulatory focus.The formal experiment took 150 employees from different companies,use the questionnaire to discuss the influence of his or her own affective forecasting on the voice behavior,and build a mediated mediation model.Results of the formal experiment,The influence of the prediction focus of positive emotion on the voice was promoted,promote focus mediating the interaction between positive emotion prediction and leader's negative emotion,negative affection the leadership of the high forecast level,their positive emotion prediction can significantly predict promote directional,and low lead negative emotion prediction level,its positive emotions predicted not significantly promote the directional;defense directional prediction of mediation their negative emotions influence on voice behavior,and directional mediation mediation variables defense their negative emotion and leadership positive emotions prediction for advice behavior interaction;on the level of positive affective prediction,the negative emotion prediction can predict the defense orientation significantly.Defense directional prediction of mediation their negative emotions influence on voice behavior,and directional mediation mediation variables defense their negative emotion prediction and leadership advice behavior in a negative emotional prediction of interaction;in the high and low leadership negative affective prediction,the negative emotion prediction can predict the defense orientation significantly.
