| Sports dance has developed rapidly in China since it was introduced into China in the 1980 s.The 2010 guangzhou Asian games sports dance for the first time a formal event,China won 10 gold MEDALS,that nowadays our country sports dance athletes level had the very big progress,along with the increase in competition,competition is intense,sports injury will be more and more,though the sports dance is given priority to with chronic injury,but not the scientific training methods,high intensity training,don’t adapt to the venue,is also the main reason of sports injury,the athlete making so find their body is very important for the weak link in advance to prevent sports injury.To improve performance and reduce sports injuries,training methods need to be improved.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method are studied,such as from yichun college sports dance professional students in grade2016 and 2017 randomly selected 40 students as the research object,this study will be conducted before 40 students in the experimental test,the test results as a basis for each 20 students were divided into experimental group and the control group,undertake to the student the functional test before the experiment(FMS)understand the weak link of the body,with the method of individuation function training,to improve their own weaknesses,prevent the happening of the sports injury.Experimental group with the method of functional training,functional training is a kind of new method and theory in sports training system,emphasizes the action of training quality,the use of special action targeted training,pay attention to the core strength training,balance ability training,skill training,and training of the stability of it,the movement pattern,drive chain,the recovery and regeneration,the core power of system optimization to improve exercise capacity;The control group used traditional teaching methods.After the experiment,functional movement test(FMS),special skills test and students’ self-evaluation of learning effect were conducted.The following conclusions and recommendations are obtained:Conclusion :(1)Through functional training,the poor dynamic stability of lower limbs and bilateral asymmetry are effectively corrected,which is conducive to reducing the occurrence of sports injury.(2)both traditional strength training and functional training are conducive to improving the athletic ability of dancesports athletes,but functional training has more significant effects on improving the fluency,balance and stability of athletes.(3)the two training methods have advantages,but functional training is more suitable for sports dance project,strengthen neuromuscular control system control in training ability,let the body in high-speed movement or unstable state,through the body’s balance control function of the kinematic chain,and the strength of cohesion,transfer and integration,to improve the efficiency of output.Suggestions :(1)it is suggested that students should be taught in accordance with their aptitude in functional training,and different training loads and intensifications should be formulated according to the personalized differences of students to meet the needs of different students.In the training process,the training loads and intensifications should be timely adjusted according to the actual abilities and training effects of students.(2)in the future training,more training equipment can be used,such as elastic belt,Swiss ball,kettlebell,etc.,to create more unstable training conditions.However,it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of movements in this unstable training state with the help of training equipment.(3)It is suggested to further enrich the functional training methods and maximize the training effect in the future sports dance training. |
