Children's literature works are important for the development of children,and in children's literature,animal stories are also a key part.Animal stories can not only greatly improved children's scientific and biochemical level,but also broaden their horizons,enrich their imagination and strengthen thinking language skills,It is also very helpful to the children's aesthetic ability,so they can form a good moral character and noble discipline.Therefore,in the process of children's growth,animal stories have a key position.Through the translation of short animal stories,it builds a solid bridge between Chinese children and the world's excellent children's literature works.It gives Chinese children opportunities to read excellent world children's literature works.This report is based on the translation of the three short stories of Children of the Wild written by the author.The article describes and summarizes the overall translation process.This paper focuses on four parts.The first part of the translation task description is an introduction to this translation task.The second part describes the translation process,which includes the preparatory work before the translation,the selection of translation theory and techniques,and the review and summary after the translation is completed.The third part is the analysis of translation theory and case,which is the core and key content in this article.The fourth part is a summary of the problems encountered by the author in the translation process,so as to summarize and reflect on the overall translation process.At the same time,the author also briefly expounds his own achievements in this translation task and the guidance for his later work.
