Research On The Construction And Management Of Public Cultural Facilities In Urumqi

Urban public culture is the crystallization of human spiritual civilization fr om generation to generation.To speed up the development of urban public cult ural undertakings,we can use the power of culture to rally people's hearts,sta bilize society,and promote the city's soft power and comprehensive competitive ness.As the carrier of human spiritual culture,public cultural facilities play a decisive role in improving the construction and management of urban public cu ltural undertakings.The construction of public cultural infrastructure is the prim ary goal of developing public culture.In recent years,with the strong support of the Party Central Committee and all walks of life,Xinjiang's public cultural undertakings have achieved remarkable results and made outstanding contributi ons to building a harmonious society and creating a cultural atmosphere.Howe ver,due to the relatively short development time,there are still some problems to be solved.By means of documentary research and field investigation,this paper unde rstands the current situation of the construction and management of libraries,m useums,memorials and cultural museums in Urumqi,and analyses the problem s of unreasonable planning and layout,inadequate capital investment,single inv estment subject,relatively backward management mode and lack of talents in p ublic cultural undertakings in Urumqi.Problems such as inadequate digital facil ities and lagging behind in the construction of digital platforms.After in-depth study,the reasons for the problems are discussed from the perspectives of lac k of effective demand feedback mechanism,insufficient attention,lagging behin d in the construction of public cultural service operation system,imperfect mec hanism of introduction and training of public cultural talents,and insufficient u nderstanding and attention to the digitalization of public cultural services.Finall y,through the reference and literature study of advanced experience in the con struction of public cultural facilities in other cities in China,the paper puts forward the establishment of an effective feedback mechanism for supply and de mand,paying attention to rational planning,establishing a government fund gua rantee system,broadening financing channels,transforming government function s,transforming traditional management mode,establishing an effective talent int roduction,training and reserve mechanism,and strengthening the digitalization of public cultural services.The countermeasures and suggestions for the constru ction of digital platform are expected to improve the management level of cult ural facilities in Urumqi.
