The Relationship Between Parenting Stress,Parenting Efficacy And Mental Health Of Special Children's Parents-Intervention Study Of Parenting Stress

Special children's parents suffer from the parenting pressure that ordinary parents can't understand,so they are extremely vulnerable to physical and mental health.It is necessary to explore and analyze the parenting stress,parenting efficacy and mental health of special children's parents.It is necessary to use effective interventions to alleviate the stress of special children's parents and improve mental health.This study used the parenting stress scale,the parental effect energy scale and the symptom self-rating scale as research tools to investigate 322 special children's parents in Guangzhou and screened one of the 10 parents of a school.A mother is the subject of intervention to further analyze the influencing factors of parenting stress.After data analysis,the following research are drawn:(1)The parenting stress of special children's parents is significantly different in terms of education,employment status and family monthly income.There are significant differences in parenting efficacy in terms of gender,education,and family monthly income.The higher the parent's education and family monthly income,the better the level of parenting stress and parenting efficacy.Mental health has significant differences in gender.(2)Parenting stress of special children's parents was significantly negatively correlated with parenting efficacy.Parenting stress was significantly positively correlated with mental health,and parenting efficacy was significantly negatively correlated with mental health.(3)Further analysis shows that parenting efficacy has a full mediating effect between parenting stress and mental health.(4)After the parental pressure intervention of the selected mother,the parenting stress,parenting efficacy and mental health level were improved.Conclusion: Parenting stress is an important factor affecting mental health.Parenting efficacy is an important intermediary process between parenting stress and parenting efficacy.
