The Application Of Weak Light Effect And The Communication Of Emotion In The Creation Of Figurative Painting

The "light" presented in the painting art works is not the light of the objective things,but the light color that can reflect the artistic aesthetics.All the light in the painting is an imitation of the outside light,but the artists create a picture relationship through color and shape,thereby creating an illusion of light among the viewers.As one of the components of picture effect in concrete painting,"light" can not only render the atmosphere of the picture,but also play an important role in the transmission of the artists' emotions.In general,the "light" in the picture is an imitation of the light in the reality.Paintbrushes,pigments and other media are used by the artists to finally form the picture effect expressed by color and shape.As one of the effects of "light" in the picture,"weak light" is different from normal natural light and exposure in terms of brightness,tone and visual perception,as well as the communication of the overall emotion of the work.In real life,changes in light can affect people's emotions.Strong light and weak light have totally different effects on people's inner emotions.In painting,the creator is also using the influence of light on people's visual psychology to create paintings.Light is one of the most important ways to convey emotions in a painting work.The artist presents his or her personal emotions through the subjective treatment of light in the painting.This paper discusses the characteristics of "weak light effect" from the perspective of picture form and visual psychology,expounds the effect of "low light effect" on emotional transmission in concrete painting,and analyzes the relationship between abstraction expressed with "weak light effect" as basic formal language and concrete emotion.First of all,Chapter I defines the meaning of "weak light effect",generalizes the characteristics of weak light effect as fuzziness,low brightness and low saturation,and further clarifies the concept of "weak light effect" through a comparative analysis of "weak light effect" and "exposure effect".Chapter II,taking the works of artists such asMao Yan and Liu Chuanhong as an example,analyzes the characteristics of "weak light effect" in painting by combining theory with images.Chapter III mainly discusses the constitutive mode and presentation mode of weak light effect,and analyzes the basis of its presentation combined with human visual experience from the perspective of the reduction in the brightness of visual effect,falling tone processing and fuzzy processing.Chapter IV mainly discusses the emotional factors in the "weak light effect".Firstly,it analyzes the difference between "abstract emotion" and "concrete emotion" expressed by "weak light effect",and divides "abstract emotion" into the relationship between "weak light effect" and visual psychology as well as and the presentation of "weak light effect" on the beauty of artistic conception.Moreover,it further analyzes the relationship between individual emotion and social culture with the expression of memory effect as "concrete emotion".Chapter V analyzes the connection between individual works and the thesis as well as the concept and presentation mode of works by combining the "weak light effect" with individual creation based on practice being supported by theory and theory being supported by practice.
