From Insisting To Deviating: The Change Of Karl Korsch's View On Marxism

This paper introduces the course of the transformation of Karl Korsch's Thought on Marx's theory from the support to the deviation in the order of time.At the beginning of the formation of Karl's view of Marxism,the totality theory is the representative thought.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic summary of the inheritance and development of Marx's philosophy.The most representative work of Karl Korsch is called “Marxism” and “philosophy”,and throughout this book is the issue of “Korsch issue”.In this paper,I analyze the different factions which arising from the controversial issue,and analysed the defects and limitations in great detail in order to provide a reference for the contemporary Marxism related issues.In the third part,this paper introduces the affirmation and persistence of Karl to Marxism,and through the criticism of the vulgar tendency,the positive tendency and the ideology tendency on Marxism to defend the dialectical unification between the theory and practice of Marxism.The fourth part of this paper,through the introduction of Karl's life and academic background,I analyze the possibility of his departure from the Marxism,at the same time,I find the deviation from the thoughts of Marx in his academic achievements.Although Karl Korsch wasn't a convinced Marxist all the way,but he still contributed his own power to the development of Marx's philosophy.The last part is to demonstrate dialectically the gains and losings of Karl's view on Marxism,hoping to accumulate the academic achievements of related research.
