Investigation And Analysis Of The Graduation Destination Of Indonesian Chinese Learners

This paper selects the graduates of Bali school in the three language schools from the opening to the present as a sample of the study,using the Methods of questionnaire survey,and takes the scale survey of the graduation of Chinese learners in Indonesia as a tool to complete the graduation destination,employment school status,employment quality and satisfaction of college graduates in the three language schools of Bali Bridge.The investigation and analysis of the relationship between professional training and employment status have come to some conclusions.This article is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,including the background of the topic,research purposes and research status,the second part mainly introduces the questionnaire,interview design and questionnaire measurement process involved in the Institute;The third part introduces the basic situation of the survey object selected by the Institute;The Part IV is to summarize and analyze the survey results and draw conclusions.The V part is to analyze the causes of the survey results and give some suggestions for the results of the survey.The results of the survey show that the graduation of college students in Bali School has been based on employment,the employment situation is relatively ideal,there is no serious problem of employment difficulties,but the quality of employment is not too high,and graduates say that the school training program is more helpful to their employment,At the same time in recent years,more and more graduates choose to study in China after graduation.In order to further improve the quality of students ’ employment schooling,schools,universities and society should constantly reflect and adjust to facilitate students ’ continued employment after graduation.
