On The Teaching Guidance Of Watercolor Landscape Painting

It is a difficult problem in the field of fine arts education in recent years that how teachers guide students in the process of watercolor landscape painting.Many universities have realized the importance of watercolor landscape painting teaching and have increased the time and frequency of courses.However,with the development of teaching practice,the teaching guidance of watercolor landscape painting gradually exposed its problems,which greatly affected the improvement of students’ professional level.In view of this,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of teaching guidance of watercolor landscape painting in Chinese colleges and universities,find out the existing problems,and on the basis of analyzing the causes of the problems,put forward several targeted improvement countermeasures.The author will conduct research and analysis through literature research,observation,investigation,image analysis and experience summary.This paper discusses how to guide the teaching effectively in landscape painting through three aspects.These three aspects are also three important stages of watercolor landscape sketching,namely: pre-school stage,off-campus sketching stage and back-to-school arrangement stage.Firstly,it emphasizes how to improve students’ aesthetic ability and enhance students’ expressive force of watercolor techniques by copying excellent watercolor landscape works in the preview stage of landscape painting.Secondly,in the off-campus sketching stage,teachers should attach importance to the overall planning of landscape sketching course,and discuss how to conduct teaching guidance in the aspects of scene selection,composition,creation steps and overall consciousness.Finally,in the stage of returning to school,the paper expounds the ways and methods of teachers’ guidance in three aspects: original arrangement,material arrangement and landscape creation arrangement.At the end of the whole paper,the particularity of watercolor landscape painting compared with traditional Chinese painting and oil painting landscape painting is expounded,so as to emphasize the importance of teaching guidance of watercolor landscape painting and get the corresponding solutions and methods.
