Hometown is an unforgettable place, where we have spent our wonderful childhood and many stories about youths have happened there. And the scenery of my hometown is always the source of my creation, in which, the inspiration is caused by the love to my hometown. Watercolor landscape is my most familiar and favourite, which is easily handled when creating. The works, above all, will display the northern unique and lasting appeal by using composition of a picture, color, artististic conception, etc. In practice, I will express it in a simple artistic language, not only focusing on technique but also showing how deeply I love my hometown in it. I intend to truly reflect the northern rural scenery again by using figurative expression. When creating composition of a picture, I adopt parallel and the shape of “S” and so on, just to express visual truth and sense of beauty. The color features purely and elegantly.The works will creat artistic conception by means of color, model, water,etc. Watercolor landscape’s beauty of artistic conception alaways impresses people most, which leads to an endless imagination.In reality, I will combine the sincere feelings towareds my hometown with the local unique custom and tradition in the picture so as to give the life to the north.
