On Right-based Data Ethics

With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of data technology and data algorithms,people are living in the "datafication" life all the time.The total amount of global Internet data is constantly being updated and expanded,and the world is surrounded by data.As for data technology,the research results in the scientific field are outstanding,and some philosophical fields are also involved.However,the research on big data technology in ethics is still in its infancy,and the ethical problems encountered in the development process of big data technology will not be conducive to the long-term and healthy development of data technology.Therefore,it is necessary to study big data technology and data development from the perspective of ethics,especially from the perspective of attaching importance to data rights.Based on the theory of technology philosophy,this paper elaborates from three aspects: the development and evolution history of big data and the characteristics of big data,from the data-oriented life to the data-oriented data supremacy and the people-oriented data ethics.Due to the dual reasons of scientific and technological progress and capital market expansion,the initial "quantity" and "data" developed into a huge data set.The uniqueness of big data and the progress of science and technology promoted the development of data,making people's life of data more convenient.At the same time,the development of large data caused by the parties to the conflict of interest,for the data resource preemption market caused ignore the subject data right,which in turn lead to big data cheat friends,privacy leakage,ignore data such as the rights to delete and forgotten ethical issues,the main cause of theseproblems is,worship of data in the data environment,data is greater than the rights of human being itself,all rights to the admiration of algorithm for data cause a person's subjective feeling neglected.nowadays,we are in a critical period of the development of big data,development data based on rights ethics which has a great significance,from the ethical perspective,as the representative of the theoretical basis for laws and regulations content as data right,and combining the concrete cases,and the present domestic actual situation,showed that attaches great importance to the human body data rights is not only beneficial to the harmony of human and technology development,the more helpful is to promote the healthy development of big data technology,take more focus to data rights of human and create a big data society which is freedom,equality and sharing between data and human.
