Investigation And Research On Wedding Culture In Karamay After Reform And Opening-up

Taking Marxism as the guiding ideology,this paper mainly studies the new situation of modernization in Karamay,considering it has a special content of oil field culture.Wedding is one of the most important rituals in life,when individuals transforming their social roles.It is a life culture with prominent locality,containing the traditional mode of a certain ethnic group,the function of education,and cultural inheritance.Wedding culture is a comprehensive and concrete reflection of a certain group world view,values,even the habit and standard of consumption.It helps us to further understand the characteristics of local culture and social structure.With the pace of globalization,cultural exchanges and blending have become increasingly prominent,which has brought modernization and multi-cultural content factors to traditional culture.Karamay is the leading representative of the civilization of the new industrialized city in China.It is a small immigrant city in China,where people from all parts of the country migrate to local areas,from floating population to fixed formation.The development of a modern city with oil field culture as its main part has played an important role in the exchange and blending of various cultures in Karamay.Firstly,through the analysis of the population structure of Karamay,this paper understands the local residents' living requirements,living standards,consumption psychology and aesthetic pursuit.Secondly,in the follow-up of the whole wedding process,it is more comprehensive to understand the local characteristics formed by the integration of a variety of local wedding cultures.At last,it summarizes the changing factors and reasons of the wedding ceremony process.This paper explains in more detail the mode of marriage payment in the process of local wedding culture from the flow mode of gifts,and makes a critical summary of the local people's consumption concept,as well as the tremendous pressure on Chinese residents brought by the human consumption in modern wedding.The main idea of this paper is to fully realize the socialist core values emphasized by General Secretary Xi Jinping.In all aspects of residents' life,we strongly advocate the control of extra consumption in marriage payment and its practical ways and methods.This article is composed of six chapters.In the introduction part,the main purpose and significance of the topic are quoted.In the process of literature review,the status quo of research on wedding culture,the research methods,ideas and contents in the process of writing the thesis are sorted out.Finally,the overview and selection of field points,the process of research,the objects of investigation and so on are summarized.The first part: Through the investigation of the population structure,working characteristics,living conditions,cultural level and consumption structure system of urban residents in Karamay after the reform and opening-up,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the formation of modern marriage customs in Karamay with oil field culture as the background.Understanding the local residents' living requirements,living standards,consumer psychology,aesthetic pursuit,followed by a more comprehensive understanding of the local characteristics formed by the integration of a variety of wedding cultures in the whole process of follow-up wedding.The second part: Through a brief description and adjustment of the cultural background of the oil field since the establishment of Karamay,it plays an important role in understanding the reasons for the cultural changes of the industrialized urban residents whose main production object is oil.The third part: After the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of economy and culture and the improvement of people's daily living standards,Karamay residents have a new evaluation of life and their own.These changes directly affect the renewal and innovation of Karamay marriage custom and its content.Therefore,in this chapter,we mainly study the various contents of Karamay modern marriage customs and the characteristics of these contents.The fourth part mainly analyses the new features of Karamay marriage custom after the reform and opening up,that is,the description of the particularity of gift flow pattern in Karamay modern marriage custom,from dowry to ritual,and finally summarizes the principle of reciprocity in wedding flow.The fifth part is about the changes of modern marriage customs in karamay were studied.The sixth part: From the background of sociology and psychology,it summarizes the negative impact of modern wedding and its serious consequences,followed by the positive role of socialist core values with Chinese characteristics in Karamay modern wedding consumption concept in the new era.
