As a member of the ethnic minorities in China,the Mongolian people have a long history and rich cultural connotations.In view of the characteristics of their cross-border nationalities,their cultures have their own characteristics in distribution,and there are also unique cultural forms among the tribes.Has a special research significance.The study of Mongolian music in China originated in the last century.About 80 years ago,a relatively stable research framework has been formed.In Mongolian folk song singing research,music form analysis,music history theory,Mongolian ritual music and other aspects have also achieved more results,these results undoubtedly show the special significance of Mongolian music.However,due to the wide distribution of various ethnic tribes in Mongolia,the nature of music culture is different.Therefore,there are inevitable weak areas in some studies.Compared with Mongolian culture rich in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang Mongolian culture and Music research is still insufficient.As a content of folk music research,wedding ceremony music research can not only reflect the folk characteristics and life outlook content of the research objects,but also show the cultural integration and cultural changes that the research objects appear in the historical process.This paper investigates the wedding ceremony and music content of the Oyirad Elut Tribe in Akqoka,Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang,and compares the changes of the wedding ceremony through the timeline,and records and analyzes the music content.It is possible to further explore the development process and inheritance of the wedding music of the Oyirad Elut Tribe in Akqoka,and provide a reference point and an extension of ideas for the wedding ceremony and ritual music research of ethnomusicology.
