Study On The Change Of The Establishment Of Yita Dao In Xinjiang

Established in 1888 and abolished in 1928,Yita Dao played an important role in stabilizing and developing the social economy of Yita area.After 1928,although the Dao system in Xinjiang was abolished,there was still an internal link between the administrative district system and Dao system replaced by it.Through a consistent study of the changes of the Italian road from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,this paper strengthens the study of the changes of the political areas in the region,and promotes the understanding of the connotation of the evolution of social,economic and cultural development in the Italian region.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part explores three issues related to the establishment of Itha Road,including its background,process,changes in jurisdiction,process of division and governance,and county-level administrative districts under the Taoist system.In 1884,Xinjiang established a province in the process of implementing the provincial system.In 1888,Ita Dao was set up to manage Yili and Tacheng.Under the Ita Dao,there were Yili Prefecture,Jinghe Zhili Office and Talbaha Taili Office.Under the Ili Prefecture,Ningyuan and Suiding Counties were set up.In 1916,Yili Town Border was abolished,Tacheng Dao Yin replaced Tacheng Counsellor,and Yita Dao was abolished,gradually forming Yili Dao and Tacheng Dao,under which six county-level administrative districts were gradually added.In the second part,the author combs the construction changes of the two Daos from "Dao" to "District",and the changes of county-level administrative districts under the districts.In the period of the Republic of China,Xinjiang changed from four daos to eight roads,from eight daos to eight administrative districts,and then to ten administrative supervisory districts.Under this background,the changes and processes of the analysis,establishment and addition of county-level administrative districts in Tacheng,Ili were sorted out.The third part is based on the first two parts to analyze the trend and influencing factors of the change of Italian road.The trend of the change in the construction of ItaDao is the gradual addition of county-level administrative districts and the unification of administrative divisions with the whole country.The factors affecting the change of Ita Dao are put forward,including politics,economy,geography,border defense,etc.Finally,this paper makes an analysis and summary of the impact of the vicissitudes of Ita Dao.The change process of Itadao after its establishment is a decision made according to the specific situation.Throughout the transition process from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China,it reflects the change process of the government's governance practice in the Ita region,and the change of the construction of the Ita region located in the border area has a far-reaching impact on the overall situation of Xinjiang.
