The Study On Yita Circuits

At present, the research results of Xinjiang province are quite abundant .That is an important part of Xinjiang history. In view of the current status of the literatures, which ware mostly researched the process of constructing Xinjiang province system and the province's influence. But the research of socio-political economic and other aspects in Xinjiang Province period are deficiency.Moreover ,they are playing a vital role in the whole process of the historical development in Xinjiang.They have a positive practical significance.In Qianlong period, the Qing government reoccupied Xinjiang.The implementation of the military government system had achieved remarkable results for a time. As the Society changes, the military government gradually show the drawbacks .It become an obstacle to the development of Xinjiang. The reform of administrative system must be implemented. In1884, Xinjiang Province system was set up . The Qing government in order to maintain the stability and development in Xinjiang, had set up four Circuits: Zhendi Circuits , Yita Circuits, Aksu Circuits and Kashgar Circuits. Of these, only the Yita Circuits was set up after Xinjiang province , also was the last one.Its process was the most complex ,and provided the most far-reaching impact. Yita Circuits was a milestone in the development of Xinjiang Province system.The research of Yita Circuits is propitious to recognize on the social development of Xinjiang province .It is also a useful complement to the history study of Xinjiang. But so far, the study of the Yita Circuits is scarce,even no scholars have devoted to the special task studying. The paper through the research of Yita Circuits reflects the social situation in Xinjiang province period , striving hard to make greater progress.In this paper, according to research results and the existing literature , the main issues of Yita Circuits are involved in the research. The article consists of four parts. Namely, the first part briefly introduces the Yita Circuits research status and the task's meaning ; The second part dwells on the the process of setting up Yita Circuits ; The third part of analysis the contradiction between Xinjiang governor and the Ili General. The fouth part analyzes the uniqueness of the Yita Circuits functions.
