Study Of New Growth Point Evaluation Index System Of Cultural Tourism Industry

Culture is the soul of tourism,tourism is an important way of cultural development.As a crossindustry sunrise industry,cultural tourism industry plays a vital role in the economic and social development.At the same time,the cultural tourism industry is also constantly expanding its integration with other industries.Among various business forms,which type can become a new growth point of the cultural tourism industry,and how to maintain its growing capacity has become a problem that must be paid attention to.Under the background of rapid development of cultural tourism industry in China,the paper combined with the practice of the development of cultural tourism industry,on the basis of tourism industry development,industrial convergence,and new economic growth theory,combing the relevant research of the cultural tourism industry,defines the concept of cultural tourism industry,new growth point of industry and tourism forms.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors for the formation of new growth point of cultural tourism industry,an evaluation index system for the new growth point of cultural tourism industry is established with the comprehensive application of Delphi method.The index system includes 3 comprehensive level indexes,as competitiveness,development conditions and comprehensive benefits;10 project level indexes,as Attractiveness,market influence,available resources and others;and 41 factor level indexes.After that,use the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determined the weight of each index,and the index was quantified to build a scoring model and determine the classification standard.Finally,cultural tourism industry development in xi 'an as an example,analyzes and summarizes six new forms of cultural tourism industry.And choose the Bai Lu Cang of characteristic small town or the folk custom village new format,use the evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation.The operability and practicability of the index system were verified through practical application.According to the scoring model and grade standard,the Bai Lu Cang scenic spot was determined to be a new growth point of xi 'an cultural tourism industry,and the enlightenment of future research and development was summarized.One the one hand,the research results of this paper are helpful to enrich and improve the related research of cultural tourism industry and new growth point,and provide some reference for the evaluation of new growth point of cultural tourism industry.On the other hand,it helps to better identify the development direction of xi 'an cultural tourism industry and promote the sustainable and healthy development of cultural tourism industry.
