| For the first time,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated the implement of “the strategy of rural vitalization” and pointed out that it is necessary to build a socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics in the new era in accordance with the requirements of "Local Custom Civilization".In recent years,Zhao Quan Ying Town has made full use of its location advantages Zhao Quan Ying Town made full use of the location advantage and all aspects have been developed rapidly.However,while developing rapidly in all aspects,the development of culture is often neglected by local residents,especially the demand for culture.Therefore,from the perspective of residents’ needs,it is of great significance to study the revitalization of rural culture.This paper starts with using the combination of literature research and investigation and research,starting from three aspects of public cultural facilities,public cultural activities and cultural industries,and comparatively analyzes the differences in cultural development between Zhao Quanying Town and China,Beijing and Shunyi District.The status quo of rural cultural revitalization in Zhao Quan Ying Town is further clarified.Secondly,using the method of investigation and investigation combined with interview method and questionnaire method,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the three aspects of public cultural facilities,public cultural activities and cultural industries from the perspective of residents’ needs..The construction of public cultural facilities in Zhao Quan Ying Town has problems in the residents’ cultural facilities and awareness of the public cultural facilities,the low efficiency of use,and the use and management of cultural facilities.In the construction of public cultural activities,there has been a problem of misplaced supply demand,and the daily cultural needs of residents have not been met.In terms of the development of cultural industries,the residents’ willingness to develop is not high,and there are problems such as the lack of characteristics of cultural industry development and the lack of professional talents.Therefore,the reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth.Finally,the solution to the existing problems is proposed,mainly including: combining the development experience of other regions to improve the awareness of cultural facilities of residents,improving the management of cultural facilities to meet the cultural needs of residents’ cultural needs,enriching cultural life and increase the enthusiasm of participating in cultural activities through material rewards and excavate traditional culture and develop cultural industries to effectively promote the healthy development of local culture. |
