Current Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Plaza Dance In Wenjiang District Of Chengdu City

Based on the relevant sports documents such as the Outline of the National Fitness Program,the Regulations of the National Fitness Program and the National Fitness Program(2016-2020),this paper studies square dance in Wenjiang District.After the National Fitness Program was put forward,the sports population of our country has greatly improved.Faced with the growing demand of the people for physical fitness,square dancing equipment has low requirements,strong sense of rhythm,easy to learn and high participation.It can strengthen the body,improve the immunity of the human body,and also help to alleviate the depression of the middleaged and the elderly,meet people's psychological needs and fitness needs.It was welcomed by the people.To speed up the construction of a strong sports country,we must take the people as the main body of development and fully meet the people's fitness needs.Square dance has a solid mass foundation and is the starting point and foothold of the development of mass sports.In the process of carrying out square dance,due to its spontaneity,large population base and rapid development,the government and relevant departments have insufficient supervision of square dance,non-standard community management and relatively inadequate venues.Therefore,through investigating the current situation of square dance in Wenjiang District of Chengdu,this paper makes in-depth interviews and questionnaires to participants of square dance,nonparticipants affected by square dance and relevant managers of square dance,respectively,from different perspectives to study the current situation of square dance,management measures and negative externalities brought about by square dance to non-participants,hoping to regulate square dance.It has certain reference and plays an active role in the development of national fitness.The current situation of square dance in Wenjiang is mainly as follows: 1.The development prospect of square dance in Wenjiang District is good,which plays an important role in implementing the National Fitness Program,improving sports population and improving people's living quality.2.The participants of square dancing in Wenjiang District have a large age distribution span,a large difference in sex ratio,a generally low educational background,a relatively fixed exercise time,a reasonable exercise duration and moderate exercise intensity.3.The main factors affecting the development of square dance in Wenjiang District are: the limitations of people's ideological understanding;backward conditions of venues and facilities;lack of professional instructors and training institutions,low level of scientific exercise;imperfect rules and regulations;fewer opportunities for the masses to participate in square dance competitions;square dance conflicts: externalities brought by square dance participants;The right struggle in public space;the emotional conflict caused by the way of communication;the system of relevant departments is not clear,and the organization and management are not perfect.In view of the problems encountered in the development of square dance in Wenjiang District of Chengdu and the current policy situation in Wenjiang District,this paper puts forward the main countermeasures for the sustainable development of square dance in Wenjiang District.With regard to Wenjiang Square Dance,this paper puts forward: improving policy measures and management system;rationally planning the construction of square dance venues;improving policy measures to alleviate the contradiction between noise and the people;strengthening the construction of the backbone team of square dance;organizing high-quality square dance competitions to promote exchanges and improve happiness.Under the background of national fitness,the study of square dance in Wenjiang District is devoted to speeding up the construction of sports Chengdu and building a famous international sports city,and strives to play an active role in the promotion of square dance in Sichuan Province,promote the construction of healthy China and promote the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of sports in China.
