Urban Community Square Dance Organization Management Present Situation And Development Countermeasures

Firstly, in this paper we conduct in-depth research through literature relevant researches. Through site investigating of Yantai City Square Dance, interviews, and questionnaires are also incorporated, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the situation: there is great gender disparities in participated square dance crowd, mainly female? mainly are elderly retired people, and there is an increasing trend in the number of young people ? square dance crowd are becoming stable, there are a lot of people who participate in the square dance for a long time, and square dance has more vitality? the frequency of most of the people participating in the square dance, the duration of participating, and exercise intensity in each time, etc. reaches standard definition of sports population, which means a great sports population growth. Through the motivation of the participants in the square dance, we find that, they participate in the square dance because of strong demand in keeping healthy. Finally, from the the effect of participant in square dance, the square dance effectively improve their physical condition, and make them more relaxed.Through the research of organization and management status of Yantai City Square Dance, we find the square dance is facing serious lack of physical guidance, and are mostly self-organized, and not being effectively managed. So recently appears issues of disturbing residents and competition with other land use activities. The reason is the absence of efficent organizational management. We propose solutions and develop appropriate policies for the status quo.Through in-depth research on the organization and management of the Yantai City Square Dance,we aim to better promote the healthy development of the square dance and cultivate fitness training atmosphere, improve Chinese people’s physique.
