Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid growth of the floating population,many of the rural surplus labor force into the city.Due to China's unique urban and rural two sides policy restrictions,the government strictly controls the migration of rural population to the city,resulting in the emergence of left behind children.Experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the left behind children's learning,character,hobbies,personality,psychology and so on.This study is based on the system of left-behind children related the literature review,the parent-child communication questionnaire peer communication and communication between teachers and students questionnaire survey of 600 children,the left-behind children and non left behind children in different parent-child communication,peer communication and the communication between teachers and students were investigated,and then compared the left-behind children group in the parent-child communication,peer communication and communication between teachers and students on the difference.The results are as follows:Firstly,In the parent-child communication questionnaire father communicate 20 project questionnaire,left-behind children group and non left-behind children groups have reached significant level in the 19 item scores(P<0.05);in the 20 item of parent-child communication questionnaire in mother Communication Questionnaire,left-behind children group and non left-behind children group reached significant level in the 19 item scores(P<0.05);20 projects in the peer communication questionnaire,left-behind children group and non left-behind children groups have reached significant level in the 20 item scores(P<0.05);in the 12 item questionnaire of communication between teachers and students in the left-behind children group and non left-behind children groups have reached significant level in the 11 item score(P<0.05).Secondly,In the left-behind children within groups,different for the parents of migrant workers attitude,they communicate with the father's score differences(F=3.19,p<0.05);left-behind children gender and grade are different,they communicate with his mother's score is different(F=1.81,p<0.05,F=0.01,p<0.01);left-behind children for parents of migrant workers attitude different times,different parents and parents to work a year to meet a number of different,they communicate with their peers to score differences(F=7.63,p<0.01,F=3.02,p<0.05,F=2.69,p<0.05);left-behind children for parents of migrant workers have different attitudes they communicate with the teacher's score differences(F=6.00,p<0.01).On the basis of summarizing the above research results,this paper makes a deep discussion.And on how to improve the interpersonal communication of left behind children,put forward the following suggestions: The first,to strengthen the care of left behind children.The second: pay attention to interpersonal communication.The third: focus on different types of interpersonal communication.
