| Picture books are loved by people in the form of books with pictures and texts.In recent years,with the diversification of the cultural market and the continuous progress of printing and electronic publishing technology,picture books have gradually become one of the important ways of education and cultural communication.This puts forward higher creative requirements for picture book creators.First,the author should fully understand the characteristics of children’s psychological development,identify with children’s world,pay attention to the construction of dreams in narrative content,and create a broader imagination space for viewers.Secondly,pay attention to the poetic operation of the picture,improve the artistic appeal of the picture,arouse the viewer’s visual pleasure and spiritual perception.Finally,the narrative relationship between pictures and texts should be well handled to achieve the effect of integration of pictures and texts,so that picture books are no longer just books about reading and writing by pictures.While studying a large number of excellent foreign picture books,the author has gradually formed an aesthetic preference for the expression forms of paper paintings,and tried to use the familiar painting language to express them in combination with the research direction of watercolor major.In the process of creation,the secret of the tree hole makes full use of the presentation ways of words in the dimension of time and pictures in the dimension of space to build the narrative structure together.In terms of picture processing,watercolor is full of poetic,flexible,romantic and occasional features.Watercolor pigment is tried to be combined with different materials on paper with different textures,and the expressive force of watercolor is extended by comprehensive means,making it a picture book work that can stimulate viewers’ imagination and arouse aesthetic pleasure.Based on this,the author has sorted out the creation background of picture books in the first chapter of this paper.The second chapter elaborates on the creation ideas of poetry and dream,and analyzes the related works.In the third chapter,it will elaborate the whole process of the realization of the creative idea from three aspects: figure,text and technique.The fourth chapter is the reflection on the creative process.Therefore,this creation is an artistic attempt to combine practice and theory based on the author’s creative idea.The secret of the tree hole is a painting book work completed under such circumstances. |
