The unethical behavior in the workplace was a hot topic for many scholars.However,scholars studied self-interested unethical behavior.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of corporate unethical behavior caused scholars' focus to shift from self-interested immoral behavior to altruistic immoral behavior.On this basis,Umphress(2012)called this altruistic unethical behavior as unethical pro-organizational behavior.Because unethical pro-organizational behavior had the characteristics of pro-organization,violation of social morality and intentionality.It had negative consequences for the long-term development of the organization.Therefore,it was necessary to organize and implement management aimed at reducing unethical pro-organizational behavior of employees.The personality traits of employees could reflect certain tendencies of behavior,while narcissism was an individual's stable personality trait.However,from the perspective of personality traits,previous studies on unethical pro-organizational behavior was rare.This study used a team-based questionnaire survey of employees and colleagues to collect 343 valid pairing data from a number of companies in Changsha,Wuhan,Yiyang,etc.,used SPSS19.0 software,after correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediation analysis,and modiated-mediation test analysis,explore the relationship between narcissism and unethical pro-organizational behavior,as well as the role of psychological entitlement and corporate social responsibility.The results showed that:(1)Narcissism had a significant positive effect on the employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior;(2)Narcissism had a significant positive effect on the employees' psychological entitlement;(3)Psychological entitlement had a significant positive effect on the employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior;(4)Psychological entitlement had a partial mediating effect between narcissism and employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior;(5)Corporate social responsibility had a modiating effect between psychologicalentitlement and employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior;(6)Corporate social responsibility modiated the intermediary process of narcissistic personality through psychological entitlement on employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior,thus as a moderated-mediator.Conclusion: Narcissism affected employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior through psychological entitlement,and this relationship was moderated by corporate social responsibility,that was,the higher the level of corporate social responsibility,the weaker the relationship between psychological entitlement and employees' unethical pro-organizational behavior.Finally,the deficiencies of this study were analyzed and suggestions for future research directions were proposed.
