The Research Of Wang Yun's Correction About Notes On Shuo Wen Jie Zi From Duan Yucai

Shuowen is a character book of the Han Dynasty.It was handwritten down before Song Dynasty.It was widely spread in the world until the printing of movable type in Song Dynasty.Therefore,Shuowen has been circulating for a long time,and errors are inevitable.The Qing Dynasty was the peak period of Shuowen's research,and the four great writers of Shuowen achieved the highest achievement.Among them,Duan Yu edited Shuowen Jiezi Notes,Wang Yun edited Shuowen Jie Example and Shuowen Sentences Reading.Both scholars have made detailed collation and annotations to Shuowen.Although the achievements of Shuo Wen Zhu are great,they are not without flaws.There are many revisions of Duan in Wang Yun's writings.Some of Wang Yun's criticisms are right or wrong.This paper aims at the items of Yucai's Shuowen Notes in Wang Yun's revised paragraph,and investigates the gains and losses of Wang Yun's revised paragraph.By investigating Wang Yun's five kinds of Shuowen writings,a total of 450 articles were collected.This paper is divided into three chapters according to the types of materials: Wang Yun's revised paragraph,Wang Yun's revised paragraph,and Wang Yun's revised paragraph.Each chapter is discussed in sub-sections according to the type of materials,such as chapter II,Revised paragraph annotation and proofreading seals,which is divided into four sections: Revised paragraph annotation and proofreading seals,revised paragraph annotation and deletion seals,revised paragraph annotation and supplement seals,revised paragraph annotation and displacement seals.Each section is divided into four sub-headings for the reason of Wang Yun's subscribing paragraph,such as Revised paragraph annotation and seal revision,section: erroneous analysis of glyph,pronunciation,meaning of subscribing paragraph,and errors caused by subscribing paragraph quotation.Under each heading,2-3 examples are cited to focus on the analysis.The content and style of Chapter III and Chapter IV are the same as Chapter II.Finally,on the basis of material analysis in the previous three chapters,the paper evaluates the gains and losses of Wang Yun ding's paragraph,and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of Wang Yun ding's paragraph.Among them,there are five achievements in Wang Yun's revised paragraph annotations: 1.bold and innovative use of stone materials;2.incorporating dialect proverbs into language research;3.paying attention to the style of Shuowen;4.closely linking academic research with real life;5.simple style of study,careful reading.There are three mistakes in Wang Yun's revised paragraph annotation: 1.Emphasizing on ophthalmology and sticking to glyph;2.Speaking by oneself,neglecting pitch;3.Respecting permission and saying by faith.
