Study On The Mental Health Services Of The Elderly Based On Social Support Network

With the increasing aging,the transformation of family structure and the aging psychological needs,the mental health of the elderly has aroused wide public concern.The old age of happiness depends on the double guarantee of material life and spiritual life.Material conditions are no longer the decisive factors that affect the life of the elderly.The current age group not only asks for the "quantity" of material life,but also cares about the "quality" of the spiritual and cultural life based on social support.Paper through investigating the elderly mental health and social support situation,analysis the influence factors of mental health in the elderly,the correlation between mental health and social support of the elderly,In order to provide the references for preventing and intervening of elderly mental health problems,and designing under the social support network of the elderly mental health service system,and help to improve the elderly life quality of old people,promote the development of active aging.The questionnaire survey was conducted on 440 elderly people aged 60 years and over in Shanghai.Firstly,in order to analyze the influencing factors of mental health and social support in the elderly,SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation variables and Logistic regression analysis.Secondly,to analyze the social support network of the elderly in more perfect under the mental health status is better,the author on mental health and social support for the correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,the results showed that social support network is perfect psychology in the elderly is better than the lack of social support network of the elderly,both were significantly positive correlation between;The main influencing factors of mental health status of elderly people are subjective support,objective support,support utilization and interpersonal relationship.Finally,based on empirical analysis and foreign experience,the mental health service system based on social support network is constructed.The author believes that in order to maintain the mental health of the elderly,the key is to improve the mental health service policy,expand the social support channels of the elderly,and strengthen social support.
