Study On The Paths Of Rural Revitalization Promoted By Characteristic Village Cultural Tourism

As a multi-ethnic country,the rural revitalization of ethnic areas is related to the overall development of the "three rural" issues,the harmony and stability of all ethnic groups,and the great achievements of the Chinese nation.In 2009,the National Civil Affairs Commission and the Ministry of Finance launched the construction project of ethnic minority villages(hereinafter referred to as characteristic villages).In the past 10 years,the project has been mading a great contribution in protecting and developing the national culture,reshaping cultural consciousness and self-confidence,improving the living standards of minority people,and promoting rural areas.Significant achievements have been made in the areas of development and urbanization.Entering the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the characteristic villages under the dual background of the rural revitalization and the rapid development of cultural capitalization play multiple roles and assume multiple missions.First of all,characteristic villages are the basic unit and important content of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.Secondly,characteristic villages provide cultural resource elements for cultural capitalization practice.Among them,the development of cultural tourism is a widely used form of practice.Finally,the characteristic villages have played a bridge role between the practice of cultural capitalization and the rural revitalizationThis paper puts forward the idea by using characteristic villages as the carrier,cultural tourism as the starting point,and rural revitalization as the goal.It aims to promote the revitalization of villages through the high-quality development of village cultural tourism,and provide a specific,scientific and aviable revitalization thought.This article extensively reads and sorts out the literature on national culture,village cultural tourism,rural revitalization,introduces cultural capital theory,industrial agglomeration theory,and Synergistic theory,and clarifies the connection between the three theories and research themes.Among them,the cultural capital theory answers the question on how to transform cultural resources into cultural capital(that is the development of cultural tourism in villages),the theory of industrial agglomeration theory shows that the cultural tourism industry also has the general functions of “aggregation” and “diffusion”.The synergistic theory expresses the importance in the coordination between cultural tourism and related industries.This paper focuses on three issues: one is to clarify the intrinsic connection and function mechanism between characteristic villages,cultural tourism and rural revitalization;the other is the common problem of village cultural tourism in the process of implementing rural revitalization strategy,and how to block rural revitalization.The third process is how to promote the revitalization of villages through the high-quality development of village cultural tourism,and then promote the rural revitalization of ethnic areas.This paper selects the Yaoshang Village in Shiqian County as an example,and carefully observes the village overview,the development status of cultural tourism,the problems of cultural tourism in the process of rural revitalization,and the spatial pattern of related industries.The village elites,self-employed individuals,investors,tourists and relevant departments of the county and city conducted in-depth interviews to obtain and organize various data.By analyzing the status quo and problems of cultural tourism development in the rural revitalization of the village,it is proposed to grasp the national cultural connotation,strengthen cultural self-confidence and self-awareness;increase strategic propaganda,stimulate the enthusiasm of the participating subjects;strictly observe the ecological protection red line and create a livable ecological environment,Prosperous village folk culture,rejuvenate the new style of rural civilization;improve the formal system supply,build a new system of village governance;promote the integration of the whole industry,cultivate new development momentum of the village;create a multi-participation channel to increase villagers' income.Finally,it is concluded that it is both feasible and necessary to study the rural revitalization of ethnic areas in the characteristic villages;the development of cultural tourism industry is a beneficial choice for the revitalization of villages;there is content between the high-quality development of cultural tourism and the rural revitalization strategy.The coupling relationship between value and goal,the development level of village cultural tourism promotes or restricts the rural revitalization process to a certain extent.
