Research On Rural Cultural Construction Of Village X In Wenjiang District Of Chengdu City Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation,Cultural prosperity leads to national development.Cultural is the spiritual core to support social development.As a major agricultural country,the Chinese nation has a splendid and rich connotation of rural culture.However,with the process of modernization and the development of urban-rural integration,rural culture has suffered a great crisis,and the agricultural civilization lasting for 5,000 years has been challenged.Since entering the new era,the party and government have attached great importance to rural cultural construction and made strategic arrangements for rural cultural construction from a historical high.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which clearly takes strengthening rural cultural construction as the goal.Then,the strategic plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)was issued in 2018,listing the rural cultural construction work in a single chapter and detailing its deployment.Wenjiang District of Chengdu has achieved outstanding results in rural cultural construction as a core western city,ranking among the top in the country in promoting rural revitalization through the development of rural culture.Under the guidance of the strategy of rural revitalization,X village has made remarkable achievements in rural cultural construction.Empirical research on rural cultural construction from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.Taking x village,Wenjiang District,Chengdu as an example,this paper makes a rural investigation and literature research,and deeply analyzes the achievements and problems of its rural cultural construction.There are five parts in this paper.After elaborating the basic theory of rural culture,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the target village in rural cultural construction since the strategy of rural revitalization was proposed based on the survey results.X village in Wenjiang District of Chengdu has formed a rural complex development mode of“farming culture + industry”,and improved the quality and level of rural cultural construction in an all-round way through the shaping of cultural industry,the construction of rural civilization,the governance of village rules and regulations,and the renovation of public cultural space.However,due to the lack of subject consciousness of the government’s overall planning and cultural construction,the lagging construction of grass-roots cultural team and the lack of cultural literacy training of villagers,village x has been hindered in rural cultural construction,resulting in the homogenization and fragmentation of rural cultural industry,the lack of innovation of historical and traditional culture,the emphasis on "Introduction" rather than "development" of public cultural services,the lack of spiritual culture Pursue bad atmosphere and other issues.Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of X village,this paper puts forward the targeted strategies of rural cultural construction from4 aspects of “cohesion”(giving full play to the core leading role of the government),“momentum”(building the characteristic cultural industry),“education”(improving the villagers’ literacy),and “talents”(attracting the multi-level talents).
