Adolescents face great changes in their bodies and minds,and any emotions come relatively strong and lasting.If you are in a strong sense of loneliness for a long time at this stage,then the physical and mental development of young people is easily negatively affected.The main interpersonal relationship is parent-child relationship and peer relationship,both of which have important influence on the physical and mental development of adolescents.Based on ecological systems theory by Urie Bronfenbrennr,this study explored the generation of loneliness of adolescents from the perspective of Microsystems(family functions and peer relationships)that affect their growth.First of all,this study discusses and analyzes in detail the domestic and foreign mainstream viewpoints and research results on family function,peer relationship and loneliness of adolescents.Then,by using the research tools,Family Function Scale,Friendship Quality Questionnaire and Adolescent Loneliness Scale,the author extracts the adolescents as research objects from a junior high school and a high school in Yichang of Hubei to study the family functions,peer relationships and loneliness` demographic differences among adolescents,and to analyze the cause of adolescent loneliness and the role of the family functions and peer relationships.The aim of this experiment is to explore how to provide guarantee to the development of physical and mental state of teenagers from these aspects.Main conclusions:· There is a significant gender differences in family functions among adolescent, whereas there are no transparent gender differences in other two variables.· In grade differences,from the family functions,the second year of high school students are transparently higher than the first year;in the total score of friendship quality,the third year in junior high school and the first year in high school`s adolescents are significantly higher than the third year in high school; there is no significant grade differences in loneliness.· There are no significant only-child differences among three variables.· Family functions,peer relationships and loneliness are closely related.Family functions and peer relationships are significantly negative predictors;family functions and loneliness are significantly positive predictors;peer relationships and loneliness are significantly negative predictors.· Family function does not only affect loneliness directly,but also can be the intermediate between family function and loneliness by the peer relationships.On this basis,put forward educational suggestions for mental health education in middle schools:· Family education.Parents should assume responsibility for the education of their children.It is necessary to unite the strength of the school to work together to create a good ecosystem.· School education.Schools should attach great importance to mental health education.· For teacher.Teachers should pay attention to the student's peer relationship and develop students' personal interests.· For adolescents.Cultivate interest to accept self and improve their mental health by changing their cognitive level.
