Research On Community Culture Construction Of "Urban Village" In ShenZhen

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,the party and the country have attached great importance to social governance.Community construction and social governance have developed rapidly under the promotion of local governments.A variety of effective community work practice models have also been actively promoted by social organizations.The implementation and implementation of urban community work in the new era mainly rely on the grass-roots government and community social organizations as the main force,forming a top-down regional development model in community construction.Compared with rural communities,urban communities have abundant human and material resources.In the process of development,communities should make full use of these resources to shorten the relationship between residents and promote their community participation.However,urban communities are characterized by diversification,defamiliarization and rejuvenation,and the regional development model fails to solve the problems of weak community awareness,insufficient social capital and poor integration of resources.In view of the successful experience of Japan and Taiwan area in our country community construction,and community construction in our country,the leader in pearl river sanjiang region,the researchers believe that community culture construction is the foundation of the community residents of community environment,culture,and community life's love,in reference to the concept of community building at the same time,the article USES the method of community work for community residents of the "community" and "belonging" living culture construction to achieve participation,community governance,to build,should encourage community culture construction dominated by government and social organizations to community residents dominated,to form community development model from bottom to top.This study "new old love" HBL project as the research object,using literature method,interview method,observation and other research methods,the content of the community culture construction project by studying the HBL,analysis the HBL community cultural construction of current difficulties and problems,and put the theory of community development and community culture to build assets for this theory is applied to the HBL,put forward in accordance with the actual HBL community culture construction feasible path.According to the current objective conditions of the HBL community and the analysis of project materials,in addition to the inaccurate project positioning,the project also has some problems,such as the lack of project communication mechanism,the lack of team professional level,and the low participation of service objects.The reasons for these problems,in the aggregate,inseparable from the three aspects: one is the project host their own incompetence,embodied in the project professionals own deficiency of comprehensive ability and capability of providing professional services,the second is the community residents lack of knowledge and understanding of the project,don't want to actively participate in community cultural construction,three are in the process of conducting the project,the parties work together do not,affect the development of the project.Based on the analysis of the above problems and the causes of the problems,the author puts forward the ways to build community culture and build community community consciousness by defining the orientation of the project,building community humanity and promoting the subject consciousness of community residents,as well as the sustainable construction of community culture.Community culture is a unique way of life created,cultivated and formed in the long-term life of people in specific areas.Its contents include emotional awareness,values,aesthetic methods,customs,etc.The community culture building with "residents' awareness" as the ultimate goal is a long-term development process,which needs the participation and coordination of multiple parties to complete.The author believes that the sustainable construction of community culture is the need for the optimization of community social service,as well as the need for the cultivation of community backbone and the multi-level service content.The researchers found that community culture construction in the process of research of the path of the need for community residents as the main body,the principle of community residents' participation as the core,to community social capital as the guide,in order to process goals as the value principle of constant exploration and innovation,so as to build a beautiful and harmonious healthy city community culture,community residents of community consciousness can obtain the condensation and sublimation.
