County-Level City Community Culture Construction Research

With the rapid development of urbanization and modernization, Liu yang is paying more attention to community cultural construction which is an integral part of social cultural construction and the basic channel to build a socialist harmonious society and an important way of building socialist spiritual culture and also an important tool to strengthen the sense of community and belonging of the residents.This article reviewed the important literature of domestic and foreign and described the concepts of community, culture, and community cultural, and detailed the development of Liu yang and cultural charm.This article designed a questionnaire on community participation, satisfaction,sophistication, and other related issues. It analyzed the current problems existing and causes of the problems of community cultural construction in Liu yang. Through the case analysis of Liu yang, we can give some countermeasures for other county-level city to improve the community cultural construction.This paper mainly used literature analysis, questionnaire, field interviews and dialectical analysis and synthesis method, and took the theory of socialist characteristics, cultural management theory, social management theory which provided a theoretical guidance for the study of community culture construction. This study can not only instruct the community culture construction of Liu yang but also to other county-level cities in the future. It can provide valuable strategies for their community culture construction and enrich the study of the cultural construction of community. Meanwhile, the discussion of community culture construction can meet people's demand for culture and it is good for China to build a socialist harmonious society.
