The Study Of Community Video In Guangxi (2003-2017):Community Participation And Cultrual Consciousness

Visual Anthropology,that focuses on the underlying life,promoting grass-roots,facing to the social problems and solutions,is mainly practiced in the field of Community Video that based on Country Community Video in Guangxi.The works named Cultural Recording is the most effective,widespread method for protection and inheritance of the Cultural Heritage in the 10 eco-museums spreading on traditional villages in Guangxi.Guangxi Ethnographic Film Festival,which is a combination of Cultural Heritage and video record,vigorously promotes the found of the Country Community Video corner newly.These practices in Guangxi has enriched and extended methods of community participation and cultural consciousness as the first ethnographic film festival operated by museum in Mainland China.This paper,based on data of the past 4 Festivals given,summaries the current situations,and then proposes that the Cultural Administration Departments in Guangxi should adjust policies for standing on thick description and emic narrative perspective.
