Research On Music Culture Of Shi Dong Miao Sisters Festival

Miao “sister festival” is a traditional folk festival of Miao nationality in southeast Guizhou province,and it is also an important platform to spread music culture of Miao nationality.Among them,Taijiang County Shidong Miao nationality “sister festival” is the largest,held on March 15 of the lunar calendar on a regular basis.During the festival,young men and women from various Miao villages gathered together to sing songs and stampede drums to carry out social and marriage activities.In 2006,the Shidong Miao nationality "sister festival" in Taijiang County successfully declared the first batch of national non-material cultural heritage of folk customs.This topic takes the music culture of the Shidong Miao nationality sister festival as the research object,the organization activity link of the Shidong Miao nationality "sister festival" takes the music situation as the inspection object,from the cultural anthropology field investigation method,aims to restore the local cultural logic.The folk songs and drum trampling of Shidong Miao nationality were studied and analyzed in the special festive environment of "sister festival".By means of music notation and ethnic music morphological analysis,the music examples were analyzed,and the rules of music development were explored.Shidong Miao music as the carrier of culture,its music and dance symbols and metaphors reflect the rich cultural connotation of Miao music.At the same time,Sister Festival music also embodies the characteristics of nationality,inheritance,activity and other "non-legacy" attributes.In addition,Shidong Miao music culture as a tourism and cultural industry development,opportunities and challenges coexist.Based on the analysis of the inheritance of the music culture of the Miao nationality "sister festival" and its difficulties in the development of tourism culture,this paper summarizes the development trend of the music culture of the "sister festival" of the Shidong Miao nationality.
