With the continuous progress of the times and technology,the market and society become ever-changing,the organization demands more and more employees,and the pressure on people increases accordingly.People especially need to deal with too much emotional affairs,thus accumulating emotional stress to exhausted.In the face of the rapidly changing workplace,for enterprises,organizations need to constantly change to keep pace with the tide.For government workers,it is necessary to take actions before the people so that they can lead the development of the people.With the beginning of all-round reform in 2013,some policies related to civil servants,such as the adjustment of salary standards,the combination of medical care,the reform of bus and office housing,and so on,are gradually making sense.Under various type of pressures,the stability of civil servants has been affected.In order to explore how the emotional facts and interpersonal abilities of civil servants in the reformed system affect their stress and stability,this study focus on the effects of job emotional demands and political skills on emotional exhaustion and occupational commitment.Under the guidance of the Job Demands-Resources Model(JDR model),the hypotheses were proposed and the whole model among variables was explored.This study puts forward the following hypotheses: job emotional demands and political skills could predict emotional exhaustion,and would affect all dimensions of occupational commitment by the mediation of emotional exhaustion.Based on the sample of 323 civil servants in Sichuan province,this study used correlation analysis,regression analysis,mediate effect analysis and structural equation model(SEM)to process the data.According to the results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)As a job demand,job emotional demand positively predict emotional exhaustion and negatively predict affective commitment;(2)As a personal resource of job,political skills negatively predict emotional exhaustion,positively predict affective commitment,and negatively predict alternative opportunity commitment.(3)Emotional exhaustion,as a stress performance index of civil servants,positively predicts the affective commitment of civil servants,and negatively predicts the alternative opportunity commitment of civil servants.It also plays a partial mediate role in the relationship between job emotional demand,political skills and affective commitment,and completely mediates the relationship between job emotional demand,political skills and alternative opportunity commitments.(4)normative commitment are not subject to job emotional demand.political skills and emotional exhaustion.There was a significant correlation between age / marital status and normative commitment.According to the results of this study,the following suggestions are put forward: first,civil servants should strengthen themselves with psychological abilities and improve their personal political skills.Second,government should provide a good working environment for civil servants,set up diversified cadre training,and implement the role of performance pay in salary.Third,leader civil servants should establish a fair and sound interaction mechanism,reduce subordinates' undefined communication pressure,and upgrade their political skills to influence subordinates.Fourth,the community should have a reasonable expectation for civil servants.The mass media should give report and news about civil servants base on real facts.This study enriches the localization application of JDR model to a certain extent,puts forward some suggestions for the management of civil servants from the point of view of psychology and management.
