Design And Implementation Of The Virtual Display Of Stele Forest Calligraphy Based On Nonlinear Narrative Structure

Forest tablet calligraphy is a typical traditional art form in China,which has high artistic value and important significance of inheritance.With the development of the society,the traditional tablet forest calligraphy exhibition mode can no longer meet the needs of today's audience,people have higher expectations for the spread and experience of this art.Virtual display supported by virtual reality technology is getting more and more attention and application because it gets rid of the limitation of physical venues and can provide viewers with more profound and vivid interactive experience.Supported by the communication and exchange project of Jiangsu art foundation,this paper designs and implements a virtual exhibition system of calligraphy of stele forest based on nonlinear narrative structure by taking the stele forest of Jiaoshan as an example.Starting from the present situation of exhibition in the museum of stele forest in Jiaoshan,this paper analyzes the functional area distribution,exhibition line layout,main exhibition mode and collection display form of the existing stele forest calligraphy,and points out the main problems existing in the traditional exhibition.The possibility and advantage of the realization of virtual display in the stele forest of Jiaoshan mountain are discussed through the study of the forms and characteristics of the virtual display and the mainstream technical means.The research on the application of non-linear narrative structure in new media shows that,compared with the traditional linear narrative mode,non-linear narrative structure can provide a more diversified and flexible organization mode for the virtual display system of calligraphy art,and meet the higher requirements of contemporary viewers for interaction and experience.Combining present Jiaoshan exhibition situation and the forest of steles museum in target audience demand for virtual display research,this article has carried on the Jiaoshan virtual display system overall design,the forest of steles calligraphy art research to determine the function of the system,the form,content and system framework,logic framework,and creatively from the path planning,performance,system Settings and cohesion four narrative visual level determines the nonlinear narrative structure in the application of virtual display system path.On the basis of the above research,Unity3 D virtual engine technology was used to create the immersive display system for the virtual display of stele forest in Jiaoshan mountain,and the virtual display system based on PC Windows was implemented.From the five aspects of narrative experience,emotional experience,sensory experience,cognitive experience and interactive experience,this paper collects and analyzes the audience's experiential evaluation data on the virtual display system to provide reference for the subsequent system improvement.The virtual exhibition system of tablet forest calligraphy art realized by non-linear narrative structure provides users with a good viewing experience,and to some extent,it can make up for the inadequacy of existing exhibition means of tablet forest.The research in this paper also enriches the design means of virtual display and has certain guiding significance for other traditional art displays of the same type.
