Chinese elements are used extensively in Japanese animation.Based on the theory of narrative theory and the theory of cultural representation,this paper uses literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis to study the Chinese elements in Japanese animation from the table and the inside.This paper first sorts out the types and sources of Chinese elements that appear in Japanese animation;then the narratology theory guides the study of how Chinese elements participate in the construction of Japanese animated stories and discourses;finally,using cultural representation theory to explore Chinese elements in the Japanese animated context The meaning of meaning,the way in which meaning is generated and the impact of subsequent communication.The conclusions of this paper are:1.The types of Chinese elements commonly used in Japanese animation are:Chinese mythological elements represented by "four elephants";existing characters and virtual figures related to China;Chinese costumes mainly based on Chinese clothes and full clothes;Chinese Kung Fu after transformation Culture;Chinese food elements based on Sichuan cuisine and Chinese urban elements based on Shanghai and Hong Kong.The sources of Chinese elements in Japanese animation include traditional Chinese literary works,Chinese legends and myths,Chinese historical statutes,and iconic things in modern Chinese society.Japanese animation is not a copy of the Chinese element,but a representational and figurative transformation.2.The Chinese element assists the construction of Japanese animated stories,which is embodied in the taste and influence of Chinese culture and classics to enhance the story.Chinese characters and events increase the implication and aesthetics of the story.Chinese elements participate in the structure of Japanese animated stories and the shape of characters and spaces.There are two dimensions for Chinese elements to participate in Japanese animated characters.One is to construct the external image of the character's "Chineseization",and the other is to create a pluralistic character.The space modeling in Japanese animation is mainly reflected in three aspects: complex space modeling,motion space modeling,and emotional space modeling.3.The discourse features of Japanese animated narratives,one is to serve the country's politics,and the other is to spread Japanese national culture and values.Therelationship between the Chinese elements and the Japanese animated narrative discourse is: sometimes the two directions are the same,complement each other to support its central purpose,and sometimes the same and different,the Chinese element is only a functional shell carrying the Japanese spirit.4.The representation of Chinese elements in Japanese animation,from the perspective of semiotics,mainly uses metaphors and metonymy for the characterization and use of figurative representations.The symbolic forms of Chinese elements in Japanese animation are complex and diverse,but there are some Chinese elements with high frequency in Japanese animation,such as costumes,cities,national politics and traditional culture.The objects and meanings of representation are relatively fixed.From the perspective of discourse,Chinese elements reflect different discourse patterns and discourse meanings in different historical periods and different Sino-Japanese relations.The basic trend of representation is from tribute to Chinese culture to flat-view Chinese culture to discrimination and even hostility.China and its culture.
