| After Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform was performed by the Chinese opera and dance theatre in 1985,it received rave reviews and attracted the attention of literary and art circles and academia with its novel dance language,ancient and vigorous style of Han Dynasty,unique creation techniques,impressive love tragedy.At the same time,Sun Ying,the editor,acquired fame for this dance drama,which helped him start practical career of Chinese classical dance.In 2001,Classical Dance Teaching and Research Section of Han and Tang Dynasty,founded by Sun Ying,was formally established in Beijing Dancing Academy.After nearly ten years of teaching practice,the classical dance language of Han and Tang Dynasty became richer and richer,and the characteristics of style formed in gradual.Accordingly,Sun Ying reinterpreted the Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform in 2009 with great regret for its first version,and showed us outstanding dance forms of Han Dynasty and plentiful classical dance language of Han and Tang Dynasty.The dance drama is based on the historical story of constructing Bronze Swallow Terrace by Cao Cao during the period of Jian’an in the end of Han Dynasty,which shows many kinds of dance forms of Han Dynasty and links series of events recorded in Records on the Historian in a logical way.It is given an unique artistic style due to the dance forms of Han Dynasty.In this paper,the two different versions of Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform are studied and analyzed systematically by means of case analysis,document research and comparative research.Therefore,the needs of Chinese dance drama between tradition and reality are re-explored,and the development trend of creation is suggested through script writing,creative methods,comparative study and artistic value of Dancing Girl of Tongque Platform in this paper,which provides a referential way for contemporary study of Chinese classical dance as well as a new symbolic expression and sustained vitality for external communication and development of Chinese classical dance. |
