The Influence Of Alexithymia On Somatization Of College Students:Moderated Mediating Effect

The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of alexithymia,somatization,social anxiety and social support of College students,and further explore the influence of alexithymia,social anxiety and social support on somatization,and explore the mediating role of social anxiety between alexithymia and somatization and the moderating role of social support between social anxiety and somatization.Using SCL-90,alexithymia questionnaire,social anxiety self-rating scale and social support rating scale as tools,521 college students were investigated.Statistical methods such as t-test,correlation analysis,CFA and LMS were used to explore the relationship between alexithymia,social anxiety,social support and somatization,and to analyze the effects of alexithymia,social anxiety and social support on somatization.Influence.The results are as follows:(1)The average scores of the three dimensions of alexithymia of college students are equal,and the average scores of emotional description can not be slightly higher.The total score of alexithymia and the three dimensions of alexithymia had no significant difference in gender and place of origin.The total score of alexithymia,emotional discrimination and emotional description had significant difference in grade.There was no significant difference in the dimension of extroversion in gender,grade and place of origin.(2)There are significant differences in the somatization gender of College students,but there are no significant differences in grade and place of origin.(3)Among the four dimensions of College Students' social anxiety,fear of others' negative evaluation scored the highest,and self-negative evaluation scored the lowest.There was no significant difference in social anxiety between genders,grades and places of origin.(4)The level of subjective support dimension of College Students' social support is the highest,and the level of utilization dimension of support is low.There are no significant differences in the total score of social support,subjective support and the utilization of support among college students in gender and place of origin,while there are significantdifferences in objective support between gender and place of origin.In grade,there are significant differences in the total score of social support and subjective support dimension,while there are no significant differences in the objective support and the utilization of support dimension.(5)There are significant correlations among alexithymia,somatization,social anxiety and social support.alexithymia and social anxiety have a positive predictive effect on somatization,while social support has a negative predictive effect on somatization.Social anxiety of college students plays a mediating role in the influence of alexithymia on somatization.The latter half of the path of the influence of social anxiety on somatization is regulated by social support.
