Although the viewpoints of the pre-Qin scholars are quite different, they are in the same era after all, showing a kind of "salvation feeling" of caring for the living people and yearning for the governance of the world.Although Han Feizi is a Legalist, his thoughts also contain a kind of moral idea and ideal of value.Different from each other,Han Feizi interprets the form and true meaning of "morals" from "Tao" and "natural human experience" as the starting point of reality, and uses "law" to guide people to a moral road. Then the first chapter of this paper will describes this part.Following Lao Tzu's Taoist thought,Han Feizi's analysis of morals was carried out in an all-round way.Han Feizi defined the metaphysical ontology connotation of "morals",and by distinguishing "morals" from "gain",pointed out that the real "morals" is based on "Tao" and embodies the essence of virtual silence, that is,"no action","no desire","no thinking" and "no use",this is "the moral, also inside".In fact,"moral" is "morals" within the "Tao",not sought it from the outside. In the second chapter,it tries to interpret the metaphysical connotation of "morals" from the view of "morals makes no moral",and makes a thorough analysis and discussion from Taoist theory, moral theory. In the experiential world, the real individuals always "desire for it","think of the use of it",and seek out "gain" as "morals",thus showing that "morals makes no moral".The most fundamental reason is that the real individual has the irresistible desire to seek out from the outside world, thus deviating from the reality "Tao" and "morals" has become a universal phenomenon.Self-cultivation to improve inner self-discipline seems to be a road, but in the face of the obstacles to experience is pale and weak. Therefore, facing the fact that human nature avoids kill. That means people cannot pass "have moral" with cultivation, then Han Fei-zi envisaged a key plan to reverse "morals makes no moral" that is by rule of law.The third chapter focuses on the excavation of Han Feizi's theory of human nature and points out the reason why his thoughts lead to the rule of law.The law of human being is not only a kind of helplessness in the face of the desire of human nature, but also the important means of the ordinary individual not falling into the " The virtuous have no virtue " and on the way to the "morals with no gain".The moral functions of law, such as abolishing private interests and establishing public affairs and the law does not protect the powerful persons. The promoters reach the ideal of "what ought to be" and realize the return to "morals" of the "Tao" which matches the Noumenon, that is to say,"High virtue is no virtue, therefore it has virtue." Han Fei-zi tried to choose the rule of law to realize "morals" and return to the true world of "morals".From "the way of nature" to "the way of ought to be",from "the law of nature" to "the law of ought to be".The fourth chapter of this paper, through the discussion of Han Feizi's idea of governing the country, points out that Han Feizi tries to reverse the "no morals" to become "have morals",that is to say,to construct the path through the "law".Reverse the popular moral turn of "gain" as "morals" in the world. The paper attempts to point out that the solution of the phenomenon and the problem of "morals makes no moral" forms a clue to the moral thought of Han Fei,which not only helps us to understand the concept of "the real existence in the thought of Han Fei",but also helps us to explore the value intention behind the "retreat of the non-retreat".
