In the context of the aging society, the health of the elderly has become a major concern of the community and the academic community, and the threat to the health of the elderly alzheimer's disease more and more attention by the academic community.Alzheimer's disease is the main type of alzheimer's disease, from the onset, patients' memory function, executive function, language, visual spatial location function and other abilities will be deteriorated.Since the disease is irreversible once it starts, researchers are looking to the early stages of alzheimer's disease for ways to intervene. At first, the stage of mild cognitive impairment(MCI),as in the previous stage of alzheimer's disease, once brought to the attention of the researchers, but the study found that patients at this stage has showed many similar features to the AD,that is to say the condition may have already started to appear, the researchers suspect before MCI and an earlier phase, the subjective cognitive impairment(SCI)phase.SCI refers to the patients with chief complaint of cognitive impairment, but there is no objective evidence to show their cognitive decline. Is there really no objective evidence for SCI,or is it just a lack of more sensitive indicators? The jury is still out on this issue.Because previous studies have shown that damage of episodic memory and working memory in patients with AD is very common, and in the stage of MCI can also see the change of these two kinds of memory function,so this study combined with previous research selected two indicators episodic memory and working memory, explores SCI patients if there is a decline in the two kinds of memory ability, and further analyze whether the two kinds of memory in the future can be a sensitive indicator definition of SCI.In this study, questionnaires and behavioral experiments were used to carry out standard objective cognitive tests for the normal elderly group,SCI group and MCI group, and then three kinds of experimental tasks on episodic memory and workingmemory were carried out to explore the performance and differences of the three groups in these two memory abilities. In the first study,76 elderly people were selected. The normal elderly,SCI elderly and MCI elderly were divided by questionnaire, and objective cognitive tests were conducted for the three groups of subjects. In the second study, three groups were given episodic memory tasks.Study 3explored whether there were differences in the performance of working memory among the three groups. The research results show that:(?)In the standard objective cognitive test, there was no difference in the scores of MMSE and MOCA between the normal group and the SCI group, but there was a difference between the two groups and the MCI group. In the other 6 cognitive tests, there were differences between the normal group and the SCI group in the scores of part B of the Rey auditory vocabulary learning test and part B of TMT,which meant that the delayed recall and executive function of SCI patients were decreased compared with the normal elderly.(?)In the coding and extraction tasks of episodic memory test, the three groups had significant differences in the accuracy. The accuracy of > SCI group and >MCI group in the normal group could be distinguished from the three groups. In response time of coding and extraction tasks, there were differences between the SCI group and the MCI group and the normal group, but there were no differences between the SCI group and the MCI group, indicating that the difference between the normal group and the other two groups could only be distinguished in response time, and the difference between the SCI group and the MCI group could not be distinguished.(?)There were differences in the accuracy and working memory span of the visual working memory tasks among the three groups, and the results were all in the normal group,> SCI group,> MCI group. This indicates that both tasks of working memory can distinguish between the three groups of subjects.
