From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy Study On The Inheritance Dilemma And Reconstruction Strategy Of Local Culture

In the long historical process of agricultural civilization dominated by farming,the local society has nurtured rich and colorful local culture that has a long history and unique temperament.The local culture,which records the historical context of the development of rural society,is the expression of the production and life.It is an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and the root of Chinese culture.However,in this era of profound changes with rapid progress of the modernization process,many elements of modernity swept the countryside with rapid advancement,resulting in the dramatic changes in the traditional rural society and the predicament of the local culture inheritance.In October 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision-making deployment of “implementing a rural revitalization strategy”;in February 2018,the “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy” further clarified the overall thinking of rural revitalization and specific ways;In September 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the " the Plan of Rural Revitalization Strategy(2018-2022)" to make a phased plan for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Under the social background of the rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to re-examine the value and significance,present situation and future of local culture,which is regarded as a rural cultural tradition.This paper puts the local culture under the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the connotation,characteristics and value of the local culture,the predicament and reconstruction of the local culture,we try to propose a systematic strategy for the reconstruction of local culture under the support of the national power brought by the rural revitalization.This paper is mainly divided into the introduction part,four chapters of the main text and the conclusion part.In the introduction part,it expounds the reason of choosing this topic,the research significance,the research summary at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods,research ideas and research innovations.The first chapter discusses the local culture and rural revitalization in general.Firstly,on the basis of understanding of culture,local and local society,the concept of local culture is defined,and the framework of the full text is constructed.Secondly,the characteristics and values of local culture are explained.Finally,the interactive logic of local culture and rural revitalization is analyzed,clarifying that the local culture is the the deep cultural soil and internal drive of rural revitalization,and the rural revitalization is the opportunity of the development of local culture.The second chapter analyzes the inheritance dilemma of the local culture in the rupture of the living space and the break of the "personality" and the "culture".Based on the results,the effect and cause of the local culture in the predicament of inheritance from macro to micro is analyzed.First of all,it explains the breakdown of the overall environment of living space of the local culture.Secondly,it analyzes the situation that the local culture is caught in the "personality" fracture,including the peasant's identity alienation under the impact of urban culture,the peasant's moral disorder in the process of marketization,and the result that the inheritors are leaving from the native soil.finally,under the multiple pressures of the rupture of the living space and the "personality" rupture,the comprehensive system of the local culture is deconstructed.The third chapter discusses the possibility of local culture reconstruction.From the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,the reconstruction of local culture has the urgency to respond to the negative influence of the “fracture potential” of local culture,and it has the rationality of reconstructing that we can break through "traditional" and "modern" paradox and take the road of modernity integration.And the reality of the development of local culture in the context of the new era.It is mainly to determine the reconstruction direction of the local culture out of the "fracture potential" inheritance dilemma,which is basing on the traditional way of modern integration.The fourth chapter proposes the reconstruction strategy of extending the“personality” and “culture” of local culture under the power of the state.Firstly,through the critical preservation,integration and promotion of the local culture,and the guidance of the core values of the socialism,the value identity of local culture must berejuvenated from the inside.The second way is to externally promote the local culture to take the road of " integration of cultural and tourism ",exploring the modern living space of local culture.The third way is to cultivate a new generation of villagers through local education,give play to the main role of rural peasants and rural cultural people,and incorporate social literary,art workers and related organizations to cultivate diverse subjects of local cultural heritage and protection.The first and second ways focus on the extension of the “culture” of local culture.The third way focuses on the extension of the “personality” of local culture.In essence,it is to promote overall reconstruction of the new connotation,new subject and new space of local culture,enhancing the inner identity and external competitiveness of local culture,and re-establishing the value and status of local culture.The conclusion part is the overall generalization of this article and the prospect of the reconstruction of local culture.
