Research On The Inheritance Path Of Rural Tradition Culture Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the "strategy of revitalizing the countryside," and made the issue of "agriculture,rural areas,farmers" as one of the first tasks of the whole party,giving priority to the development of agricultural and rural areas.We will establish and improve the system and mechanism of urban-rural integration and development,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and achieve a great victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.From the perspective of rural rejuvenation strategy,this paper discusses and analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of rural traditional culture in combination with investigation cases,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to realize the revitalization of rural culture.To promote the inheritance and protection of rural traditional culture has certain theoretical value and Practical significance.In order to probe into the problems existing in the development of the traditional rural culture in the process of the construction of the new rural culture,this paper takes the Marxist cultural view as the theoretical guidance and draws lessons from the views of scholars both at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the internal relationship between the strategy of rural revitalization and the inheritance of rural traditional culture,and concludes the significance of inheriting the traditional rural culture under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on the investigation of two national intangible cultural heritage projects,Luoshan County Shadow Opera and Guangshan County Huagu Opera,this paper summarizes that the traditional culture in rural areas of China has the characteristics of attaching importance to folk belief and inheriting people's age.With the establishment of the National list of Intangible Cultural Heritage In 2000,local governments in the protection of non-governmental support has made great progress.But according to the investigation and the visit to local folk artists,we find that there are many problems in the cultural protection of the two places: the traditional cultural inheritance in rural areas is fragmented,the main role of farmers is insufficient,and the system of rural cultural construction is not perfect.Rural traditional culture faces the danger of being dispelled and alienated in the tide of economization.At present,with the rapid change of society,many new technologies and new ideas emerge one after another,which requires us to combine the development of the times in the work of cultural construction,to find the path choice suitable for the development of the traditionalculture in the countryside of our country,that is to say,to innovate the way of cultural inheritance.Promote the traditional culture close to life close to the masses;second,give full play to the main role of farmers in the construction of rural culture,cultivate rural local cultural heritage elite;third,improve the rural cultural construction system,improve the traditional cultural construction mechanism.In order to inherit the rural traditional culture and realize the revitalization of the rural culture,we should adhere to the Marxist cultural view as the guiding ideology,promote the government to actively change the management concept of cultural construction,and strengthen the policy and financial support in the rural cultural construction.In order to improve the cultural quality of farmers,establish the awareness of protecting traditional culture,cultivate civilized rural style,good family style,simple folk style,improve the spiritual style of farmers,improve the degree of rural social civilization,coruscate the new atmosphere of rural civilization.
