| Seeing righteousness has always been an important manifestation of Chinese traditional culture and traditional virtues.In recent years,with the changes in society and the many "seeking the courage to be defamed," the incident of "seeking the courage to shed blood and tears" has been exposed,and people’s attitudes and behaviors toward the courage have gradually changed.People who want to do bravely when witness unjustice and worry about being detained,and must be get hurt.People who do nothing for the unjustice which they saw makes them feel sorry for their conscience.This change has led to a dilemma in the sense of courage: In thought,most people have the same virtues as virtues,which should be our positive behavior,and most people want to see their courage;But in behavior,compared with before,now it is coming the more people are hesitating,"Would you like to be brave," and more and more "doing nothing to unjustice ".How to resolve this dilemma of courage is the urgent problem that the current society needs to solve,and it is also an important issue in the construction of socialist morality.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is mainly based on the actual case to present what the current difficulties in China’s righteousness are and the reasons for the dilemma.The second part mainly analyzes the righteousness itself.First of all,seeing righteousness is an ethical issue.It contains two important ethical concepts of "righteousness" and "courage".Then it combs the connotation of righteousness and bravery in Chinese and foreign ethics.Secondly,being brave to justice is still a legal concept,analyze the shortcomings of justice and courage in Chinese and foreign laws.On the basis of the first and second parts,the third part is aimed at the dilemma of courage,combining the causes of dilemmas,the ethical connotation of the courage,legal status and shortages,then proposes a practical path to resolve the current dilemma of China’s righteousness. |
