Research On The Application Of Peking Opera Elements In The Creation Of Animation Short Film Mei Lanfang

As a dynamic illusion,animation is a modern art form with rich visual aesthetics.With the rapid development of animation art all over the world,the development of national style animation is rare and beautiful.With the large-scale introduction of animation in Europe,America,Japan and Korea,China's nationalized animation,on the basis of drawing lessons from other countries,still needs to insist on injecting the characteristics of its own national culture,which has become the primary task of the development of Chinese animation.Chinese traditional animation focuses on freehand brushwork and vividness.The spirit of animation does not lie in capturing the appearance of external things in the material world,nor does it focus on expressing the influence of representation on material things.The expression of animation is always more exaggerated and idealized than in real life,and even uses the technique of distortion and weirdness to narrate.The same is true of Beijing Opera,both of which have their artistic forms of expression.It comes from life,but it is higher than life.Actually,the exaggeration of art is a more real reality than reality,which has become one of the conjunction points of Peking Opera and animation.How to integrate more elements of Beijing Opera into Chinese animation and make Chinese animation more nationalized aesthetic characteristics has become a problem that more and more animators need to actively explore and practice.From the point of view of the animation itself,the shape and performance of characters are the core elements of the animation form system.Wanting to make animation with national characteristics,whether transplanting elements of Peking Opera or grafting the performance form of Peking Opera,is a process of integration and innovation.Only by paying attention to the "combination of form and spirit" and blending "the beauty of curve",can we create Chinese style animation which is different from Japanese and American animation performance style.This paper mainly explores the use of Peking Opera elements in animation,summarizes the creative characteristics of Peking Opera animation based on the previous research and graduate design,and explores a new form of integration of Peking Opera elements into animation by nationalizing the animation form,so as to combine Peking Opera elements with animation and create animation works with more traditional Chinese cultural characteristics.
