No matter for social organization or the development of individual’s life, the importance of risk decision-making can not be ignored. Recent years, many researchers in different fields have achieved fruitful results for risk decision-making research. According to the previous studies, this paper started from the external factors and internal factors, selected the time pressure, framework and types of personality these three variables to study their effects on the risk decision-making and framing effects. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of time pressure on risk decision-making and framing effects; whether individual’s different personality type would interact and affect with frame effects that affect risk decision-making behavior; and whether different personality types of individual’s risk decision-making bias are different. The risk decision-making situation questionnaire, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale(EPQ-RSC) have be used in research as the measure tools. And the study contains two experiments: the first experiment started from a preliminary experiment to determine the time pressure, using 2 × 2 among subjects experimental design. The experiment mainly focus on the subject’s final risk decision-making scores under each condition, also investigated whether there is interaction between the two independent variables; whether the decision of participants showed significant differences in both positive and negative framework; Whether the subjects’ risk decision-making still exists framing effect under the time pressure, if it exists, the framing effects would be enhanced or diminished. Participants were classified by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale in experiment two. The study using 3 × 2 among subjects experimental design. Were investigated different types and different levels of the framework of these two personality traits when the argument is, for each condition is the final test scores Risk Decision also studied the two personality types and frame if there is interaction. That is able to confirm whether the results in the positive and negative framework, risk decision-making will show a significant difference; under the influence of the personality of the subjective variables, risk decision whether subjects remained framing effect, if it exists, will be personality type What impact on the framework. The results showed that:(1) the study verified the framing-effect of risk decision-making, decision makers got a lower score if the question described in a positive way, they tend to like low-risk seeking. But they tend to more risk-seeking and got a higher score if the situation described in the negative way; there is a clear risk seeking tendency(2) there was a significant interaction between time pressure and the frame effect, time pressure will make risk decisions framing effect weakened.(3) export-oriented study participants in decision-making in the study participants scored significantly higher than the intermediate and inward-looking, that is more outward-looking subjects in risk decision more likely to choose risky plan, but within type subjects are preferred conservative.(4) interaction neurotic personality type framework and significant, emotionally unstable individuals showed a stronger framing effect. Emotional stability study participants compared with the emotional instability of study participants, making the score lower risk, they tend to be conservative.
