The Filial Piety Logic Of Community Home Care For The Aged

With the deepening of the aging of our society,China's pension problem has gradually become a serious social problem.So it has drawn more and more attention from the society.The main mode of old-age care in China is still family old-age care,but home-based old-age care has brought heavy burden to families due to various reasons.At present,institutional pension only exists as a supplement to family pension It has many problems such as insufficient resources,overcharging and poor service quality.Based on the above situation,it is urgent to establish a pension mode suitable for China's national conditions,that is,the community home pension mode.Community home care refers to the elderly living in the home can enjoy the community to provide a variety of professional,personalized care services.This mode not only conforms to the traditional old-age care habits of the elderly,but also relieves the family's old-age care pressure,so that the elderly are better taken care of.In Chinese traditional filial piety culture,the core idea is to support the elderly.The model of community home care for the aged is one in which the community and the family share the responsibility for the aged.It solves the dilemma of the traditional family endowment mode and makes the traditional filial piety thought get better inheritance and development.Around the issue of community home care,the academic community has launched a variety of exploration and research.Most of these are around the community home care how to play its role and provide services to discuss.However,different majors have different angles of exploration.Based on the ethical basis of traditional Chinese filial piety,this paper attempts to analyze the current problems of community home care in China.Filial piety is the core of Chinese traditional ethics and the root of all virtues.It mainly refers to children's respect,obedience and care for their parents and elders to meet their material and spiritual needs.Therefore,the pension is its most basic standard requirements.It is from the family blood relationship as the bond to practice filial piety.By studying the development and changes of traditional ethics,this paper puts forward the inheritance and development mode of traditional filial piety thought and the characteristics of The Times of practice mode,hoping to find the filial roots and ethical character of this community home care mode supported by community and family in the traditional ideology and culture of China.
